This very much works I used 768p got 30-50 fps
500gb ssd
And 24gb ram dual channel
I then switched up to 720p
Got a solid 40-45 or 45-60fps
There where a few stutters but only 10% of the time in br I stuttered
It's playable

try to put it on 60% 3d res and performance mode + 720p , u will get about 30 to 60 fps

I got i5 6th intel hd 520 '8 memory ram, I play with 50 % resolution but it still stutter even it does with 30%,textures low everything is low no visual sound effect, rarely the game gets smooth just shutting down and deleting temp, now it doesn't

Try window 10 pro 1709 . Might reduce some stutter
