Gingerbread Cookie recipe | Christmas cookies | Molasses cookies

Looking for Perfect Christmas cookie recipe? My favourite is gingerbread cookies. And i want to share it with you.
Ingredients:
All ingredients must be at room temperature.
375g All-purp. flour (2½ cup)
1tsp Baking soda
1tsp Cinnamon
1tsp Ginger powder
Pinch Salt (¼ tsp)
¼ tsp Nutmeg
100g Brown sugar (½ cup)
110g Butter at room t° (½ cup)
1Egg
150g Fancy molasses (½ cup)

Thank you! It’s hard to tell how many because it depends on how thick the dough and how big your cookie cutters. In my case about 4 baking sheets or more.
