Many people love for what she stands for, others for her music, but all have their reason for loving her. But for me, it is VERY personal, I live her music, seeing her live was life changing, & on top of that, once again, she saved me, I may not be fixed, but I am now given something to keep me going day by day, that gental breath to keep the dimming ember within me from going out. & though it may be day by day I live, I still live.
First I just heard the beautiful melody and understood a few words of the lyrics but now as I read it I can finaly understand how deep and meaningfull this is. It made me cry. Not to be mean but Emilies music is so more meaningfull than any popular "mainstream" singers songs. Emilie puts the dark beauty in her songs and thats what makes her the best!
Thank god we both found Emilie Autumn, I hafta, not trying to be dramatic or anything, but if i hadn't become a fan of hers, i probably wouldn't be here, she really did save me, especially after I listened to "A Plea for the Dying", That specifically saved me when I was on the threshold of ending it all. She is an inspiration, & my light. Even now, it is really difficult to go on, especially cuz of my current situation, I press forward for the simple reason of hoping I can be as strong as her.

Luis Millan I used to see the obvious influence of Fiona Apple in her earlier work. But this, in some parts, are just Apple's lyrics. Different words, yes, but same meaning. This might actually be Autumn's attempt at Love Ridden

She sings about unrequited love. the lyrics speaks about someone who ever loves another person, and always wanted to be loved for him/her, even if he/she was cold and cutting. But that never happened. She always loved him, and always wanted for a chance, but, he married with somebody else. Then she feels all the world falling over her, because everything she did, every tought she had, was dedicated to him. She understood she never had any chance to be with him, but in the bottom of her heart, she will love him forever, even if his love was like the moon, ever in her sight, but ever out of reach
