Sentinel has a special place in my heart because I pulled him with a mystery shard during the Gnut fusion with a couple hours left of the Champ Chase and pulling him guaranteed me enough points to get the final rare for Gnut. This was right around the 1 month mark on my account and done totally f2p. I still consider it one of my most rewarding moments ever in RSL. So whenever I see him in a blue shard I think about that moment. Haven't had a chance to build him yet but will one of these days to pay homage to that time in my account.
I have the inverse of this. I will always hate seeing Fencer because I needed one of her to complete Rotos’ fusion. I still do not have Rotos years and years later.
I’ve usually thought he was expendable “food.” I still have a couple on my accounts, I’ll give em a second look.
"Recycled content" or not, the edits make Ash's content the most entertaining among Raid CCs. Also I just pulled and applied Treeshield's 6-star soul this week ❤
It's important to invest in such rares cus some of them are good alternatives to epics. For example i think doomscreech has been my seeker alternative for a while cus it's also easy to get their 5-6 star souls (which could be clutch in cursed city awakened stages).
Hi, maybe you should make a video on how to spend effectively your daily energy? There is so many things to do, and I often don't know how to use it.
Bro check Boozers channel, he has a great video on this. My opinion, do iron twins daily (before bed maybe so you have a full tank of energy back in the AM), from there it will vary. If you need masteries, then you're gonna spend about 5-6 days worth of daily energy in the mino lab per champ. Good idea to farm the potion keeps for a week or so so that you have a good stock for a fusion you really want. If you're early-mid game then you'll wanna farm dungeons a bit, but tbh you'll do plenty of farming during fusion events etc. Huge energy priority is leveling food champs and any you need to spend for your arbiter missions - do NOT slack on these as they take forever. Try to double up where you spend energy with those missions as well. Hope this helps!
Everyone's account is different so your priorities might differ from others. Your missions/quests/challenges and any fusion events will guide you on where you should prioritize your time.
Here's my basic routine I think is pretty efficient.
1st priority is clan boss.
After reset, I use 1 key on NM and 1 on brutal. Next I hit doom tower and use at least 5 silver keys. Next I hit cursed city. By keeping this system I won't forget. After that you want to go to your advanced quests and claim your rewards and look at arena missions. It will be either classic arena or tag arena special quest. Do that quest and then complete the 5 and 10 battles in those areas and go back to advanced quests to claim faction wars keys. Then look at the special faction wars chest, use a rare fight a boss or win without losing champs and finish FW missions. Most of your advanced quests will be done now you just need to get a couple artifacts from dungeons and some special quests. Then you can move on to your daily quests which are pretty self explanatory. Boss stage 3 times or any stage 7 times. I feed 3 1 star champs into a 2 star champ and pull 3 mystery shards. Complete the daily quests and click on tournaments and events. Where are you going to spend the energy you obtained? At this point you can just set it and come back later or....
In the mornings I log in and get my chests and then I use 1 key on UNM to complete the cycle. If you have time you can spend surplus energy and check the events calendars.
If you don't know what to do and you have energy to burn, farm food champs for future ranking

Treeshield is great! He is one of the few champs I have a 6-star blessing for (FAULTLESS DEFENSE). When I have an advanced quest requiring a rare in FW, I trade him in for Elva and it doesn't hurt my team at all. I like Branch-arms kit, but haven't used him. I keep feeding him off, but since I got a 3-star blessing for him, he's languished in the world of unequipped rank 5s (currently level 48). I've also had mixed feelings on Longsword. Although he sounds good, there has always been a leggo I needed to max and fed him. I got a 5-star blessing for him last week, so this might be his chance to see use. Finally, if I had to go to war with a rare it would be Selenia. She is outstanding and I like her better than Coldheart.
The Bone Season book series by Samantha Shannon is really good. I've also sort of rediscovered FOALS and listening to them again for the first time in probably 6 years, and also recommend Funeral Suits - Lily of the Valley album, and if you can find it their "Now we're moving now we're free" EP
Petrifiya was critical for getting my newest FTP account to four-keying nightmare on day 54. On a previous FTP account, Grinner was my only reviver until I got Scyl six months in. Never let it be said that rares are just food.

😂 I’ve got all 4, Knott is 50, Flannan is 40, and Bucky and Branchy are new and I’m building them. Well I kept watching… I have usually sacrificed Executioner, Sentinel, Soulbound, Selinia, Grinner, cause I would get them a lot, UNLESS they are Faction guardians. But, I need to reevaluate them. Also I found that Grinner (revive), Torrux (my girl loves him), and I just got Petrifya to build, are useful. lol

When allies join in on an allied attack I know they use their A1 ability…
Do the potential buffs, debuffs and bonuses from an A1 come in to play when joining in on an allied attack?
For example, if two allies have an A1 with allied attack and A gets B to join could B’s A1 trigger more allied attacking?
I love Sentinel. Have mine at 60 with a 5-star blessing (currently with fauntless defense). Still need to finish getting him masteries, but I've got him all booked up and in bloodthirst + righteous. I built him for a few Cursed City stages and he works great.
The only other rare not talked about much, AFAIK, that I have built, would be Tolog. Can't recall if I mentioned him on your other videos about rares or not. He has a single revive on his A3. I toss him into a few Cursed City rooms. Don't think he is essential for any of them, but hey... he is goat-like in appearance, so I had to build him.
Sentinel is great in a stun set too with fearsome presence mastery. The aoe stun + heal reduction + small decrease atk is a nice combo especially on a 3 turn cooldown. If you give him the Nature's Bounty blessing you can do the bigger version of decrease Atk. And he has a provoke on A1 and he heals himself. Pretty awesome!
@@AlmostInfamousDK Good point. And I just realized that fauntless defense is useless, because it only reflects damage when an ally is attacked with increase DEF placed by the champ, which Sentinel doesn't even do. It's been useless on him. I'll change to nature's bounty.

It’s a good list. I thought you were gonna say Knot was your new Reliquary Tender. But she’s kinda known still. She finds a place for me sometimes. So many of the new good rares are from Sylvans. It’s like they realized the Shadowkin’s rares were TOO bad even for their standards; so Silvans got quite upgraded rares.

A lot of these rares I run in my faction wars teams just for the convenience of not mixing up the teams for the daily quests. :) Longsword Torrux is super good!
Sentinel was an MVP for me in the Rare HP secret room in a stun set. Torrux is a carry in the Spirit Rare room...have him built like a DEF nuker, he hits pretty decent & is DEF based so he stays alive. I have Executioner in my Rare Magic Team and he's great!

I'm surprised to see Grinner on the list. My first rank 6 reviver. He's sooooo underrated and part of my stage 21 faction wars team. Cant 3 star it without him. Just pulled Gorgorab a few weeks ago, so Grinner is still my go to undead

for me, 2 really good rare champions are mother superior and warpriest, both from sacred order, really usefull, especially early/mid game

Ayo ash! If I could recommend one book to you bro it would be "Education of a felon" by Edward Bunker. Its his life story. He became one of my favorite crime/prison story writers. He became an author while serving time. Danny Trejo and him were really good friends. He starred in alot of movies as well. Check em out and see what ya think bro.
Valerie (BL) is a good rare with a 3-turn cooldown on an aoe buff extender and debuff un-extender (what's the word)

I went to the wire and was able to get her. I wish I was able to succeed in getting Odin a couple weeks ago when they had a tournament for him.
