Neither actually. I took a screenshot of almost every frame of Luigi’s dance, then I used photoshop to mask him out of the background of each screenshot. Then I put all the masked frames into Adobe Premiere to recreate the animation in a nested sequence. Then I layered that sequence over some footage and manually applied motion to it to match the footage. The shadow was added by copying and pasting the Luigi sequence, flipping it upside down, skewing it a little, tinting it black, and turning the opacity down.
At the beginning, was there any reason for Mario to get of the stagecoach and run 🏃♂️ to get a pizza 🍕? He could have turned the stagecoach around to get a pizza 🍕. Also he should have put the brakes on, which he never does. Finally, why didn’t toad or luigi stop ✋ the stagecoach before it went off the cliff?
It's amazing how the Super Mario Bros.-based cartoon shows from the late '80s and early '90s are getting so much attention on the internet now in this day and age.
