Justice League Action really just came and went, and for such a fun and unique show, it's weird that it never got much attention. Let's find out if the show got what it deserved or if Zack Snyder (among others) got an innocent cartoon cancelled.

could you do a video on DCSHG? which i mean the 2019 ONE.

You know I feel the same way why is it not on HBO Max yet or something like that this show is underrated just like the Batman I swear quit with the movies WB and just do the cartoons they're more worth it anyway
You lost me at wonderbat
You watched the animated show and all of sudden you think that's the ship
Superman and wonder woman have way more iterations of them together

I always compared this show to Marvel's Superhero Squad Show. Both were silly and kinda weird but they also both pulled out some deep cuts from their respective universes and were actually pretty good at the end of the day. I wish they both had got more love, but especially this one because it deserved more than just one season.
Justice League Action felt like someone crossed Justice League Unlimited with Batman Brave and the Bold and then watered it down and that's not a bad thing. It was really good for introducing kids to kids to more obscure DC characters.
This show deserved so much more than what it got .
For sure
The fucking best show
With jla series that art style is
Freaking TREMENDOUS
Agreed
@BugsyFoga
No kidding, which is why I'm watching this show because I'm wondering what happened.
Man when it comes to finding voice actors for the characters, this show is underrated with how good it knocked it out of the park with the casting… also this is the most underrated Poison Ivy look, the leaf barre is so cute
It really is super cute
Absolutely
best thing JLA gave us is batman scaring deadshot shitless by offering him a coffe
If goofy even with the context but it’s that charming kind of goofy. Batman plays to his enemies paranoia so I can believe they’d be weirded out by him playing good cop.
I loved the art style of this show. I wish it got more attention. It was fun to watch.
The art style is amazing, definitely recommend Shane's artbooks
same here
Me too.The art-style is why I bought this show.The animation on B & B doesn't do it for me.
This show is so good and so funny. It’s a bit like Teen Titans Go if it was consistently funny.
Also, fun fact: the show has 52 episodes in total, which makes the DC fan in me happy for some reason.

Highlights were Space Cabbie, Booster Gold, Plastic Man, and Firestorm. I remember being so excited when they announced this show, but could never catch it live. But when I did watch the episodes, I really enjoyed it. Fun stories with fun characters
This show was super underrated. It was like a happy medium between people who already were familiar with the characters, but still rewarding to those who haven’t been introduced to these characters yet.
9:08 the #MarkHamill episode is just perfect. Its cool to have somerhing in the animation record honouring him, just as its nice he got to play the live Trickster in The Flash TV show. And Kevin Conroy got to play an aged Batman in Infinite Crisis. These people deserve to be recognized ny those who enjoy their work without seeing them.
This show means alot to me because this is one of the last times Mr. Kevin Conroy played batman. So this show will always have a special place in my heart as a fan of that man who gave us the definitive voice of Batman.❤ Rip Kevin Conroy.
I'll miss him forever
And also the last time for Gilbert Godfrey
Bought my kids most of the 12" action figures they made for this show. Was a real shame they canceled it, it was a good gateway to DC characters.
I should get some of those
@@HatsOffMedias They're super affordable. I was kind of shocked that even on ebay they're only about $10 when figures half their size are going for the same or more.
@@Cotygeek What do you type in to even find them, I'm just seeing Justice League Unlimited figures when I type in "Justice League Action toys".
I love this show for giving us family friendly John Constantine and redeemed hero Riddler
They were both really fun
Fun times, I also loved seeing bizarro match wits with amazo(literally), and seeing uncle Dudley outsmart mxyzptlk. Dudley is one of the more goofy parts of the marvel family but he has a great track record tricking his adversaries regardless of power level.
I was 20 when the show first aired and I enjoyed every episode I watched but it did feel like it was on tv then out of nowhere just nothing. Kinda sad
This show is one of the best show they released in years.
A nice chill 10mins of action and family comedy. I wished they kept going with it
Wonder Woman's swept-over hairdo really grew on me in this show, it was a unique look that I wish would get used more going forward
It's such a good look!
NO ONE talks about this show! I loved that they brought back Superman being less gritty and a little more lighthearted. I also loved that they brought in less common supers and displayed them learning how to be heroes. It was an awesome concept, lighthearted, entertaining, and I wish it kept going.
I’m surprised this was framed about the DCEU instead of being Kevin Conroy’s final Batman series
It's mostly just a general review. If I'd based it on Kevin Conroy I would have gotten too sad to finish it
I also felt like the reason this show didn’t do well was because during the time, if you weren’t Teen Titans Go or (to a certain extent) The Amazing World of Gumball, Cartoon Network really didn’t care about too much about their other shows outside of those two, especially teen titans go.
Such a shame
What always got me was the fact they had the 11 minute runtime specifically so they could fit it anywhere on the channel and STILL aired it in a block ONCE a week during a stupid time slot, with the excuse probably given as "we wanted kids to watch it on the app anyway." And I really didn't get the treatment of the series. They announced it as part of this big sweeping plan of all these new shows, they gave it this big expansive toyline with kid friendly, more affordable toys like Brave and the Bold and a LOT less like Young Justice, and then they just said "nehhhhh" and shoved it away because Cartoon Network hates itself. It didn't even get a pity Boomerang airing like the OTHER announced and then screwed over shows (Wabbit/New Looney Tunes, Be Cool Scooby-Doo, Bunnicula) did. And they didn't even just make it for Europe and air it years later like Wabbit. This was supposed to be their grand re-entry into a DC show that wasn't Titans Go, and they just didn't care.
Just a mess
@@HatsOffMedias The thing that really doesn't sit right. Usually a cartoon gets a second season greenlit well enough in advance that it's almost a given these days. It's like they somehow wanted it to fail, but didn't want it to at the same time. I look at those three shows mentioned and DC Super Hero Girls (the Lauren Faust one) and it seems like they cared about the IP overseas. Had they pushed this more in those other countries, I think we could have at least had a second season, just buried somewhere on Boomerang.
11:25 The Nuclear Family is actually one of the deepest cuts this show has. They appeared pre-crisis in Outsiders, Battle for Blüdhaven and The Nuclear Winter Special one-shot and that's it. Surprisingly, they later appeared in the HBO Max Titans show too though.
This show was actually good. Not tas levels as nobody can ever get that high tier but it's a fun semi campy show like brave and the bold
Yeah, it was like more Brave and the Bold
@@HatsOffMedias DC can make some great looking or fun superhero cartoons but the networks really hate them. Look at how much support young justice needed to return on HBO
Things haven't been the same since tas
It pains me that I learned about this show 2 years after it had been cancelled. I swear the DC franchise feels so cursed, especially with the recent Flash movie.
"Any show that doesn't give Jimmy Olsen a bow tie is doing it wrong."
*Superman: The Animated Series has left the chat*
I think this show had a lot of potential. You could tell they were a little cramped by the 11 minute episodes but it was cool seeing more lighthearted episodes as opposed to some other animated dc projects. Really felt like people playing with toys in the best way
Yep, they still made it work
I didn’t see a whole lot of this show, but it is pretty good from what I’ve seen, it’s nice to see another DC show like Batman: The Brave and the Bold that give lesser-known characters the limelight. I don’t get why networks will sometimes have a new show, barely promote it, and put it in a bad time slot. I guess they just didn’t have much confidence in it at all.
Its so weird, just seems like a waste of money
I remember when this show first aired it has a good push in promotion, Even a McDonalds toy tie in. But not too long after it just kinda fell to the side. I do wish when TTG came in development it took a direction similar to this. It could have been like having one of the Original titans team up with a new newbie titan kinda like Batman Brave & the Bold.
I never saw a single commercial
@@HatsOffMedias I guess the "Push" I'm referring to was a the night it aired, they actually had the Teen Titans hyping it up.
Super Fun show; I like that Gilbert Gottfried reprise his role as Mr. Mxyzptlk. Same goes to Sean Astin as Shazam along with his dad Gomez Addams as Uncle Dudley. Also "same build?" Have you seen the designs of the men of Justice League lately? Their chests are really wide.
I missed that that was John Astin! That's cool
I was just thinking about that!!!!
This was a fun show. Even though I prefer more serious and serialized stories, I had a blast with a lot of the premises and the funny writing and dialogue. While it fared slightly better than a lot of DC cartoons before it, I still feel like CN short-changed it. Also, I love how it and Young Justice both had homages to Green Lantern: The Animated Series.
This show was HEAT and the artstyle was CLEAN. Most underrated Wonder Woman design🔥
Man its a shame that ALL the action cartoons get CANNED😭🤦♂️
Cartoon Network SUCKS at management...jesus for such a GREEDY company...they seem ALLERGIC to money🤦♂️
This show deserved better. My favorite episode was where Batman, Zatanna and Swamp Thing fought Solomon Grundy and an army of zombies. That's how you do a superhero story.
Firestorm helping the heroes their memories
Oh yeah I remember this series definitely underrated not to mention it has my favorite design of wonder woman in it I like that hairstyle on her. Gives her that sort of gladiator warrior punk rock vibe in my opinion.
It's a great look
Her hair had a definite Joan Jett vibe.
Of which I very much approve.
Justice League Action was pretty fun series, much like Batman The Brave & The Bold it help shine some light on lesser known characters. My top three favorite episodes involved characters like Despotellis, Mister Mind, and The Demons Three.
It also incorporated story arcs and character incarnations that we only saw in comics like when they brought in Riddler, but instead of having him be a villain they actually went with the Post New 52 Riddler who actually reformed and became a PI. It was pretty cool.
It was also kinda cool how it was implied they wanted to expand my connecting it GL:TAS before later retconning it and instead connecting it to Young Justice.
I’m rambling, but my point is I did enjoy the show would recommend this any DC fan, plus Kevin Conroy as Batman playing a more lighter Batman was interesting to see.
Solid show.
I gotta check out GL
@@HatsOffMedias Highly recommend it. I will admit the CG designs does take getting used too, but you don’t get too distracted, and by the end of pilot episodes it feels natural.
It handles the Green Lantern Lore pretty damn well, and brought characters you don’t see in media like Saint Walker, Larfleeze, and Scar. It’s not perfect, I definitely wasn’t wowed by their take on one particular character that shows up in the second half, but it definitely was a shame that it wouldn’t continue it’s story until Young Justice years later…..only for Young Justice to get apparently canned again.
This show was so cool, but i feel like it came and went😭 wish it lasted longer
It deserved better
My favorite episode is when the justuce league teams up with the riddler to save Batman.
Back in the late 2000's, Hasbro wanted a new Transformers show with designs that looked more like the Bay stuff. Resulting in Transformers: Animated Fourth season being cancelled for what would become Transformers: Prime. So a movie's impact can affect a show with the same characters even if they're vastly different. I totally can see the bad taste Snyder's movies affecting this series.
For me, it was the 7am Saturday time slot that killed it.
In addition to the Joker, Mark Hamill voiced another fairly well know villain in animation, Fire Lord Ozai from Avatar: The Last Airbender. I feel he doesn't get enough credit for his performance as Ozai.
I hope you'll review DC Super Hero Girls some day. It's one of the most obscure DC cartoons I've ever seen. It was aimed primarily at young girls, including me at the time. Just like JLA Action, it just kinda came and went. Apparently it started in 2015 as a web series and it was quite popular on TH-cam Kids. Then later on in 2019, the series were rebooted and became a full TV series on Cartoon Network. Oh, and did I mention that Lauren Faust worked on it?
I might. I still need to watch more, but I like it!
Didn’t it actually get a game? I thought I remember them talking about it on a Nintendo direct.
Yeah that show’s good!
I watched this show after seeing gifs on Tumblr, and I really enjoyed it. I'm not really a fan of DC shows, but it was really fun!
It's a good gateway show
I remember there being some buzz about it on tumblr, the interrogation scene was pretty popular
Funnily enough, the Happy Meal toy was the thing that introduced me to the series lol. So sad it only got one season, it deserves another chance!
JLA: Ended because Cartoon Network put it on the air at 7AM on a Saturday with absolutely no advertising.
JLU: Ended because Cartoon Network put it on the air at 9:30PM on a Saturday with absolutely no advertising.
Just can't win
I love this series!
We get Kevin Conroy as Batman in a series one more time...that right there makes this show great!
But it's also just so much fun!
When Felix Faust makes all the heroes forget they are heroes and only remember themselves as their secret identities...I think that's my favorite episode!
Or the short that's an homage to roadrunner cartoons with Flash as the roadrunner and Lobo as the coyote! 🤣
And for how light this show was, one episode got *dark!* and I'm not talking about the Batman and Blue Beetle going back in time one...no the one where Buster Gold screws up time and a whole new species with their own civilization is created and then he fixes time and erases them from existence, in effect committing genocide! And it's played as comedy!
This show does not have the gravitas of Batman: TAS or Justice League Unlimited or Young Justice...but it's brilliant in its own way.
Dude, thank you for making a video covering JLACTION! Absolutely love it and thank you including a shout out to the artist as well as the sexy Ember!!❤
Wow! Never expected to see anyone talking about this show. I randomly found this show as it was airing but I never saw any previews before it came out. I remember waiting for new episodes once I had binged it but I realized it had been cancelled.
My favorite characters (in no particular order) were:
- Batman
- Plastic Man
- Booster Gold
- Joker
- Blue Beetle
- Wonder Woman
- Superman
- Green Arrow
- Harley Quinn
- Mr. Miracle & Big Barda
- Firestorm
- Lex Luthor
- Killer Frost
My favorite episodes (bare with me because I’m going straight off of memory):
- Any with Plastic Man or Firestorm
- The one with John Constantine where they get turned into little kids on Halloween
- That one episode where Joker gave Lex a ‘special day’
- The one where Edward E. Nigma was a detective and Joker had him solve a bunch of Riddles because he ate his desert (PRICELESS!😂)
- And the one where there were blue and red versions of the heroes and in the end it was (technically) Lex Luthor who saved the day
I loved this show! It had really fun interpretations of the characters. Didnt take itself too seriously and it had lots of charm. Also great to hear Kevin Conroy as Batman again
This series was fun. Patton Oswalt as Space Cabbie stole the show.
Its a damn shame this series got the shaft, I did enjoyed it when it aired and I dig the simplistic and stylized character designs.
Oh i love this show! A perfect live letter to all us DC Animated fans! We got Kevin vs Mark Hamil again, excellent character designs with the ladies( dude i LOVE Poison IVY/ Wonder Woman's design!) and the action+humor was Amazing! I tried my very best to get all the boxsets available...im sad to say not all were released so i tried watching it on MAX (when it was on) but id reccommend it to anyone!
Justice League Action
I low key can't stop watching it 😂
9:47
NOOOOOOO, DON'T TELL ME😮
It's a good show!
I also remember CN barely showing this and playing it early in the morning.
I might have caught it only once
This show made me giggle DC shouldn’t always be portrayed as dark to be good. They should continue this show it has action and good humor
I loved this show when it was airing! I was so sad to find out it had been cancelled :(
Good shows always die young
I say it TOTALLY deserved another season!
Thanks for making this. Now I've got to see if I can find that Mark Hamill episode- sounds like a blast!
I didn't have cable when it aired, but I worked at Toys R Us. I do vaguely remember some toys associated with the show.
Well, tie to add to my watchlist of DC shows that are better than people think. This and DC Superhero Girls, I swear DC's animation department must be on something good.
It had the same problem that Green Lantern had: association with a bad movie.
9:20 This is actually a reference to the fact he played The Trickster (James Jessie) in the 90s version of The Flash (which is actually where Joker's iconic laugh came from). He even came back for the Arrowverse The Flash show to pass the torch to the Axel Walker version of The Trickster and there was a great and hilariously ironic moment where _Mark Hamil_ as James Jessie said to Axel Walker "I am your father"
Another super fun video man! This shows has always been super underrated in the DC animated catalogue imo! I think it's great for DC animated shows to have a mix of everything from dark and gritty to fun and silly. I still have my Flash figure based on this show lying around somewhere lol. Also I highly highly recommend you check out Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, a Marvel cartoon the is in the same vein as this show with great action and music that seriously needs more love!
I gotta catch up in it, thanks!
I’m gonna try and convince my nephew to watch this with me, he’s been getting interested in DC with me the past year since I’ve been showing him so many Batman movies, he doesn’t really seem interested in any of the series though…
How old is your nephew?
@@isaiahyinko7182 he turns 9 in November, why?
@mk-aka-morgan8386 just curious. Did you show him the dark knight trilogy?
@@isaiahyinko7182 not yet, he usually doesn’t wanna watch live action movies 😔 Only animated 😮💨
@mk-aka-morgan8386 😞 that's a bummer.
I would love a longer JL:A show.
I was only 8 when this first aired and I remember having a dvd set with all 52 episodes and absolutely loved it at the time.
What movies did you grew up with during your childhood and what was the first batman you saw? I know your childhood is probably the 2010s and the movies you grew up with is probably a lot different than mine.
@@isaiahyinko7182 Toy Story 1-3, kung fu panda, the Lego Batman movie, cars, the first space jam, the first two Star Wars trilogies, and home alone are ones that I can remember of the top of my head. But my first Batman was from Batman the animated series DVD with five episodes.
@CJT2 that's great. The movies I grew up with during my childhood is the dark knight trilogy, transformers, inception, the iron man films, x-men series, skyfall, the avengers, kung fu panda, etc.
I've seen all episodes and was surprised it didn't get more seasons! These were well done 11 minute cartoons. Deserved some love from the network but seems nobody was biting.Shame.
I love Justice League Action. It was so fun, had plenty of great voice actors, the humor was good and the action was solid. It was really the best take on a light hearted Justice League cartoon that they could have gone for. It didn't go too far into the comedy to where you couldn't take it seriously, but it wasn't a dramatic story either. It was just fun adventures with different DC superheroes. The short episode run time also makes it pretty easy to binge watch.
The lack of promotion for it was a huge problem. Outside of its premiere, I don't think I ever saw Cartoon Network actually airing any promos. I watched the episodes all On Demand. I always wished that the series could somehow be revived on HBO Max, even if that was really unlikely to happen, just because I think that the series should have gotten more episodes. After Kevin Conroy passed away, I don't think I'd want them to do that anymore since that would require recasting Batman. I'm so happy that he enjoyed working on the show though. That just makes me love the series even more.
Not gonna lie, I love Wonder Woman’s design in this show
Same dude! I’ve never seen her look so good!
10:37 Dude the example you used for Martian Manhunter is my favorite interaction of the series 😭 haha
I loved this show, I wish it had lasted longer
This was great! It was a version of the Justice League that was presented like the Superhero Girls incarnation with the very new to America Wonder Woman, the borderline crazy Batgirl and the vegetarian activist Green Lantern Jessica Cruz. I loved in that the Babs / Harley friendship episodes and the Ivy episodes where she was like the radical PETA activities but for plants and vegetables. Also, the Star Sapphire / Hal Jordan twisted high school romance and Jessica trying to find a home for the poor homeless cat that turns out to be Dex-Starr without his ring. Anyway, back to JLA, the Zatana episodes are some of the best and surprisingly to me, because I've never been a big fan of the character, I loved the Stargirl babysitting episode. I agree that this is one of if not the best animated Wonder Woman incarnations. I really hoped to see more of these but I think Cartoon Network knew that they were not going to get DCs best going forward as they had been working on and released the DC sub service that eventually got folded into Max and they just stopped trying to get any audience. Superhero Girls got more episodes and seasons but it kind of got the same treatment and lack of support which is a shame because these were really great and totally worked for me. They were funny and fun to watch. I can't stand Teen Titans Go. It goes way to low brow and just isn't funny. It also has no respect for the characters. Justice League Action was playful but respectful and seemed to be appealing to an older audience while still being targeted at kids. A sort of, "lets see if we can entertain the kiddos while not completely alienating the adults that might be watching with or without kid" approach. Reminds me a lot of great cartoons I grew up with like Transformers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (87). Those shows and the DC shows of Batman TAS, Superman TSA and Justice League and JL Unlimited were smartly written and although more serious of a ton, are very much written in that same approach. I really wish that DC would do more shows like this and the animated movies like the Batman trilogy of Son of... Bad Blood etc, and Justice League Dark. Don't get me wrong I love the Harley Quinn show with Kaley Cuoco but that show is very adult and can be a little much. Plus that show has killed like almost every character from Batman at this point and would have to start pulling in characters from other places to maintain the level of carnage going forward which I'm not sure they are doing. I know the new Kitman spin off is out but I haven't tried it yet.
This show has one of my favorite Booster Gold episodes probably only second to the JLU episode
I love how this show brought back the character Aya for a Cameo and Young Justice Crossover.
I hope to see Aya and Razor get back one day (two characters from green lantern animated, Aya was revealed to become the Taxi in Justoce League action)
I guess I never realized this was a real show and just assumed it was a series of shorts or something. And I didn’t realize it had so much love behind it. I’ve been looking for something to fill the My Adventures With Superman void. I know it probably won’t be on par with that but it looks cute and like a fun time. And probably fill me with Justice League 2004 nostalgia
11:34 Pretty sure that's one of Alucard's Batman's intros in MUGEN. One version of Deadpool also has an intro mocking that Batman's intro.
8:48 He also played toxic fanboy Quibble Pants in MLPFiM episode Stranger than Fanfiction (his wife and daughter appeared in a later episode with him as Clear Sky and Wind Sprint too), seems like a classic case of typecasting lol.
I only know about this show because of TH-cam. I don't remember ever seeing it on Cartoon Network.
Now you know why
Nah, I fucking love Justice League Action
You know why? For the same reasons why I love Batman the Brave and the Bold. Just light hearted action and campiness and JLA was just the spiritual successor to Brave and the Bold to me
Shoutouts to the Street Fighter Alpha 2 intro reference in one of the JLA episodes, that was so fucking cool
Light hearted action shows are always underrated
It was great for what it was, delivering solid action and an appropriate level of comedy for eleven minute segments. Even the mini episodes on TH-cam were pretty fun.
We also got a wide array of characters from the DC universe, including obscure ones like Space Cabbie, which reminded me a lot of the Brave and the Bold cartoon a few years prior (which I thoroughly enjoyed as a kid). One thing I would say is that a lot of characters had animation models but never starred in any episodes aside from small cameos (Black Canary and Dr Light particularly come to mind) but that doesn't detract from the show at all.
I think the thing that killed it though was a lack of promotion by Cartoon Network which is a shame because we got some pretty solid moments from it.
I've been curious about this show since I saw a utube shirt with Athena trolling batman hard while he's considering ejecting her out of the batwing.
19:45 Supergirl: Selfie Queen had to happen, as a balance to the perfectly loyal and sweet 'goid girl ' Kara that Melissa Benoist perfected. And will always be remembered for imho despite that shows scripting flaws.
Had some fun stories and I liked the voice acting. I mean there was a short featuring Mark Hamil himself getting captured by Joker and Trickster who of course were also voiced by and are highly associated with him. Who can't love that
My favorite episode was When Mark Hamill and Mark Hamill kidnap Mark Hamill. But Hamill out smarted the Hamills and got them to drive into the park where he was saved by Mark Hamill. By that I mean, Joker and The Trickster kidnap Mark Hamilll, and gets rescued by Swam Thing. All played by Hamill. It's hilarious.
Edit: You mentioned it.
I remember seeing people talking about this show's announcement that Summer, but CN basically gave it no chance in terms of marketing it on TV. It came and went without anyone noticing.
Never saw this show, honestly. I actually wasn't aware it existed until recently. 52 episodes in one season is amazing considering the average length of a season of anything nowadays.
I also love how Scooby Doo and Guess Who did DCAU Batman but Justice League Action Wonder Woman Rachel Kimsey
I should watch more of that
I had no idea that the Joker/Mark Hamill bit came from this show! I remember watching it when I was younger and, even back then I thought it was hilarious!
Brave words, but I respect your opinion
I loved the show. A bit of fun for me and other Green Lantern The Animated Series fans was the bit of fan service for us fans was sneaking in an epilogue of sorts for GLTAS. Like Young Justice later did with catching up with Razer, we got that with Aya. If you were confused during the Space Cabbie/Green Lantern episode, that was for us.
I need to rewatch it, but a fave was Booster’s scheme to tour the headquarters and how only one villain was there sincerely for the tour.😂
I'll give GL a watch soon
@@HatsOffMedias You really should! The crew were able to tell two great arcs, and you feel for the new additions of Aya and Razer. I just wish we got more!😭
And Warner Bros still disrespect and disregard their animation, in spite of everything the people behind their animations did for their bank accounts. Then again, most everyone else does.
It really sucks
This show was a blast. As one of the few people who still woke up early on Saturdays for cartoons I can definitely remember this show being a highlight in my weekend!
Maybe with enough fans supporting the show, it might come back one day. With deeper stories to tell as well.
Did Zack Snyder kill it or is it the fact that the show is not available to watch anywhere. Not even on HBO Max.
It's all on Prime
@@HatsOffMedias I dislike these companies so much. Why is warner content on Amazon but not the Warner streaming service? That's annoying.
I'll still watch, but it's dumb.
This show was on Saturday mornings between shows. It never had a time slot from what I remember.
This is one of my favorite DC animated shows.
I have a dvd copy of this show and me and my brother would watch it all the time, my favorite episode is probably the one with lobo hunting mr mind
This show was better than the DCAU to me just cause of it’s humor and pacing. It’s like what brave and the bold did with less Batman and more variety which I loved.
I LOVED Justice League Action when it was on! Perfect mix of humor and action and a great spiritual successor to Batman: The Brave and the Bold. Shame that they aired it in such a crappy timeslot. If Cartoon Network aired, it in a Primetime slot and gave it actual advertisement it could have lasted way longer. The show had my favorite interpretation of Felix Faust and the episode with him vs Zatanna was one of the best. If Young Justice can get a revival season this needs to as well.
As soneone who loved Batman The Brave and The Bold, Justice League Action was pretty good! I especially loved the Booster Gold episodes, hes a fave.
Did manage to catch some of these live on DC Nation and I legit didnt know it existed until then lol. That whole block deserved better, I remember some of the shorts like Princess Amethyst being very good
It was such a cool block
Loved this show. It's the DC Universe in my head. Also agree with you about Zatanna. This show had a great Supergirl too.
Love Supergirl too
This show left a hole that I haven't been able to fill with anything since. It introduced me to a lot of the DC universe for the first time. I haven't been able to find any other DC show that really has the same kind of feel to it.n
Have you tried brave and the bold?
@@HatsOffMedias I'm going to do that now, immediately
@@HatsOffMedias Now I have tried it and it does not scratch the same itch to me.
How to kill a show is right I was mad that this got cancelled but teen titans go kept going.
i've never liked ww and superman getting together cuz it feels so off like the forget lois lane is a thing.
I'm glad they gave batman the claw gloves from the 2004 cartoon. Those look dope
I'm probably a lot than you by almost a decade. What movies did you grew up with during your childhood and what was your first batman? The movies you grew up with during your childhood might differ than mine depending on what year you were born.
