Haven’t had this whiskey, will look out for the $40 version 😉! Joe , have you tried adding a few drops of water to your taster glass of whiskey? It will change a few characteristics of the whiskey, helps bring out aromas, mellows the alcohol burn, brings hidden flavor to the front, and all the flavors hit you at once. Maybe do a dry taste, then add 2-3 drops of water and do a second review. Cheers homie , thanks for the content!!
That is a tasty whiskey. I had a pour of it at the evan williams experience then went to the gift shop to buy a bottle. Once the cashier told me the price, I politely declined and walked away. I bought a different distillery exlusive that was a blend of the higher aged evan williams instead that was like $80.

It’s an amazing pour but not for $150. Wild they charge what they charge here!
