- Remi is finally taking me to the Korean grocery store and I couldnt be more excited!!! Today we have a beauty and fashion haul from amazon, Pretty Basic meeting with our teams and a trip to HMart to buy allll the Korean snacks for a taste test!! xo - Alisha Marie

Fun fact! So with Girl Scouts cookies, there are two cookie manufacturing companies. One company calls the cookies caramel delights and one calls them Samoa’s. They have slightly different packaging but they should taste the exact same

It all depends on which area you buy your cookies. Also there is standard cookies they both sell and then a few cookies that exclusively that bakery's cookies. There is a map online to tell you which bakery services which area. I have my mom mail me cookies as I perfer that bakery's cookies over the one in my area 😊
Caramel delights are better in my opinion because they are made with milk chocolate while Samoa‘s have dark chocolate

girl scout here!!! 2 bakeries produce gs cookies and each region/council has a different supplier. so abc bakers have caramel delights while little brownie has samoas. same cookie though

I worked for a Girl Scout council. There are two “bakeries”. Each council gets to choose which bakery they use and the names are different.

Fun fact - there are 2 different bakeries that bake Girl Scout cookies, so depending where you live, you will get Caramel Delights or Samoas. I grew up in Ohio, and we changed from one bakery to the other, and the names of all the cookies changed. Tagalongs changed to peanut butter patties, Do Si Dos changed to peanut butter sandwiches. Totally weird, but that's why you see them with different names sometimes.

The name of those cookies depends on which Bakery/Factory their made in. In one they are still Samoas, but if they come from the other it is Carmel Delights. Same with the other cookies that have different names now, it all depends on the Factory.
