Apart from the higher camera pixel the ITEL S24 has over the Samsung A05 which of course doesn't mean that the pictures taken with the ITEL S24 would be better. The two phones basically have the same features. You should choose based on the design pleasing to you.
Another good score for the S24 is the new Mediatek chipset it has.

So you should choose according to the design most pleasing to you and the phone that will serve your most important smartphone needs.
