It's msb u can draw as a first or last flip flop in synchronous counter but in case of Asynchronous we firstly connect lsb sonic Asynchronous it should be last

In Synchronous counter is not required after 9th clock pulse it automatically reach in initial state 0 In case of Asynchronous counter clear is required

I already made a up counter simulation in multisim and this boolean algebra is correct. The correct in Jc is QA' QD + QB QD. You can also try it. Anyway, thanks for this video, this video saves my day. Continue uploading this kind of video.
