Well done for this iniative. But my observation is that for those whose strengths are almost equal, it becomes difficult bringing the other down when they hold on to each others knickers ( peato). The holding of pants , knickers or peato should be discouraged. Holding knickers can even tear it and disgrace the person whose knicker is torn as his naked body can be exposed. They should engage each other with hands around the waist. A hand can be place in between the legs of the opponent with the aim of pulling him down or lifting him and throwing him down but not the object of just holding knicker , or shorts or peato and pulling it.
