Ive had a sharp pain in my back for months like a knife jammed in, sitting, walking or lying down it was still the same. A few minutes into this powerful meditation and its gone. I believe it began with an action by nasty neighbors, although they are not capable of forming an actual "curse", the negative intention to do harm towards me was there. So I think this is helpful and I will repeat it as I continue my caulking and taping, etc. May rodents find alternate lodging. 🐭🐭🐭🌳🌳🌳
