Reputation 100% converted me to a Swiftie. She SLAYS every song on that album. The Reputation Tour on Netflix absolutely blew my mind, and I Did Something Bad had me in a state of shock for days. Taylor is a gift to the world, and she ALWAYS delivers.
Me too! I never liked anything before Reputation.
Well I know what I’m watching tomorrow haha.
I hope when she record Taylor’s Version, she does sort of a more rock version like this. It’s so powerful
I was dragged to the reputation tour, Taylor was never on my radar, this immediately made me a swiftie. This show was insane. Everyone all over this eras tour, but reputation was her opus
@@tkraft82I wish I could have seen the Reputation tour live. If I got the chance to go back in time I go back just to be in the audience for that tour. Taylor absolutely is the biggest and best live performer out there. She just keeps getting better and I can't wait to see what else she does in future.
@@propertyofranger I think her next obvious step will be a Vegas residency. I was never a fan and discovering her back catalog b4 rep has been fun.
The look on your face when she said "If a man talks shit than I owe him nothing" was priceless. That's my favorite line in the entire song.
I love the line "and if he drops my name then he had it coming" 🖤
You have to do Don’t Blame Me from this tour! The vocals are insane!
My favorite ❤
Yes! I love Dont Blame Me Live!
So much fun! 🎉 I really love "don't blame me" ❤
💯 Do Don’t Blame Me from her Live Reputation Tour! She brings us all to church!
YOU HAVE TO!!!!!
So fun fact the “rata-ta-ta” you hear throughout the song is Taylor’s voice distorted!
yea i cant listen to the song without imagining her in her studio playing around with different versions of the ratatas 😭
I can see her with a cat on her lap saying "Ooh, I want try this button next!"
Taylor wrote and produced the entire album! There were collaborators but she was majorly the one involved in ALL her songs!
The NFL connection with Travis got me interested in Tay and I have to say this Reputation Tour (I watched on Netflix) is fire I pretty much like every song on the album. So my vote is just go through the full album 1 song at a time and check on TH-cam to see if you can find the related live performances from the reputation tour. I was incredibly surprised by her music and especially this reputation album is absolutely 🔥
Whenever people tell Tay Tay she can’t do something, she not only proves them wrong, she exceeds any expectations! They said she couldn’t dance, so worked extra hard on the choreography for this tour.
And their lies made her do this album!
First tour where she looks healthy. This song is my favorite from the album. This performance is incredible.
I thought she looked SO good and her dancing was on point!!!
This is exactly the comment she hated.
@@chand911 She didn't want people to tell her she looked healthy?
She was healthy before, but she started dancing and working out to have stamina for tours, so she gained more muscle volume.
I’m gonna start saying that I’m Swifting out because it’s just accurate 😂
Reputation was such a fun album! I wish more people gave it a chance.
REAL Like i wish it wasn't so underrated. It deserves awards and much more
Reputation is my favorite album. And it's so underrated. It never made sense to me.
@roxannehill3600 the world wasn't ready for taylor to be in this era when it came out. We liked putting people into boxes and keeping them there.
I’ve been SCREAMING about reputation for years and I’m so happy to see it finally getting the love it deserves!!!
Max Martin, Shellback & Jack Antonoff produced Reputation which is why it SLAPS!
Miss Americana documentary!! That is the reason I fel inlove with her and went into the rabbit hole of her music!!❤
Absolutely! That doc + folklore/Evermore are what turned me full so swifty
I think he's ready for the Miss Americana Documentary! 😂
Yes!!! Same! that documentary FLOORED me!! Then watching “the man” music video… I really had to take a deep look at why I didn’t like her. The internal misogyny was real!
She is incredible!!
Literally!! The documentary changed me. I was like she’s JUST LIKE ME. Then folklore?! Then Midnights?! I had to work backwards but I’m so happy I saw the light.
To answer your first question, I think it's sweet when you call her Tay-tay. Travis calls her Tay.
She's been putting music out since she was 15, and now she's 34. She's won Album of the Year at the Grammys three times, which only three other people in history have done: Stevie Wonder, Paul Simon, and Frank Sinatra, and she's nominated again this year so she may beat them all. You'll never find a bad song from her. And her producers are the same or different, depending on album. The only thing that is the same on each album is the genius that is Taylor Alison Swift. Reputation is great, sure. But so is Lover, 1989, Folklore, on and on and on.
Reputation tour and eras tour are both incredible!
She has a series on TH-cam of making Reputation songs. I can’t believe what she comes up with, such a brilliant mind!
You did indeed “swift out” sir
She’s been a sleeper for us previous non Swifties- omg- she is awesome❣️
You had me at "talk your sh*t, Tay". I'm Swifting out at this reaction. I think, based off this reaction, you do have to listen to the album. But you also probably need to watch the Reputation Tour - because it's fire but it's leaving Netflix this month (sob). I vote for DON'T BLAME ME from this tour next!! Others that for me are must-watch: Getaway Car, Dancing With Our Hands Tied, Clean, and Long Live/New Year's Day. Glad you're enjoying this so far. It's nice to see people be open to exploring music they never thought they'd like.
Netflix should bring Reputation back period.
Omg, Clean is so great. I immediately fell in love with that one .
KC born & raised. Appreciate your shout out to the Chiefs and our man Travis! ❤
This live version of I did something bad is hands down my favorite version she has ever done of this song!!!! Love it
Keep reviewing!❤
First half of the album was produced by Max Marin & Shellback; the rest of it was with Jack Antonoff. Also, Taylor has co=produced every record after the debut; she has a lot of say into what the studio albums sound like. Her live tour chief engineer is Chris Rowe -- she has had him on her crew since the 1989 tour. They work out the live arrangements, interstitial music, and set lists. She designs the stage concept, the overall flow of the show, and then works with stage designers/choreographers to map out every second of the show. She has been doing that since her first headline tour in 2009 (Fearless Tour). Chris Rowe has also done most of the production on the re-records; while other producers who may have done specific older songs were brought back in (except Martin; Shellback returned for their songs on 1989 and Red).
Thank you!
Max Martin & Shellback - the swedes again. :D
Taylor has grown up!
In 2010 my daughter was 8 listening to Taylor. I wasn’t.
I did hear enough to know this isn’t the same Taylor!
Loving every minute of it.
This comment, I blindly went to her Reputation tour as I was randomly given tickets and just off the production of the tour I like hoold up, after that show I was on a road trip and gave the album a full listen and I was hooked hooked since. She was singing about grown stuff lol love it!
@@peacexonextime9425 we have literally watched her grow up!
She’s a woman now……. without a doubt.
THAT is an ARTIST of the highest magnitude!
Don’t blame me from Reputation Tour is amazing. I also love the “enchanted /wildest dreams” mashup from 1989 tour.
Don’t blame me from this tour is amazing! Love the reaction!
It’s the “DON’T YOU VOCAL ME & THINK I AINT GOIN BACK” for me 😆😆😆😆😆🫶🏼🩷
Taylor went off in her reputation album... SLAY
Yes. All of it. Just listen to the whole album and especially watch the whole tour. She looks all sweet and innocent but rep tour proved she’s a f***ing bada**!!! 👊
Hey AB fun fact: the rattattatta sound is Taylor’s own vocals on this song, not just a sound effect. She’s wild! There’s videos out there of her recording it, and you can’t unhear it after 😂
I hope this is how she records it for Reputation TV
She comes up with everything on tour. Every part of it.
You have to listen/watch “Look what you made me do” from the Reputation Tour! It keeps with the theme and pace of the album!!
“DON’T BLAME ME” from the same tour!
Thanks my guy
Keep shining✨
Taylor wrote these anthems herself, bro, and did a fair amount of producing too. She eats the souls of her haters for breakfast.
From the Rep tour: Don’t Blame Me, King of my Heart
From 1989 Tour: I Knew You Were Trouble, Out Of The Woods
Ay man, saw this reputation tour last year. Turned me to a full swifty, her live performance are so god damn good...
Taylor was labeled a producer by the Grammy museum after her 1989 album. She produces most of her music with collaborators. She has a behind the scenes when creating this album. So cool to watch her come up with ideas.
So this song was produced by Max Martin and Shellback, who co-wrote the song with Taylor. 😊 And for you pub quiz fans, it’s her first song using profanity. And while she didn’t do anything (“THEY SAY I did something bad”), this is part of the larger Thing with Kanye and Kim (do you need a rundown?), coupled with the fact that she GASP had a couple of short romantic relationships. (What a hussy, burn her at the stake.) She says that the song came to her in a dream, and it’s inspired by Sansa and Arya Stark. The Wikipedia entry for the song has the full rundown for anyone curious.
The more Taylor Swift songs you react to the more Swifties will be watching your channel 👍🏼
You gotta see how she made this song ! you gotta see the whole tour it’s amazing and the way she appreciates everyone that worked to put the tour together was sooo sweet -honestly I’d watch miss American first you’ll get some context for this album
Join us in church with Don't Blame Me
I'm with him on the "I gotta hear a little more". I always find myself replaying her songs. The more you listen to them the more you hear. She puts so much into her music🥰🖤
This entire performance lives rent free inside of Kayne West’s mind.
Check out her song 'Bad Blood' with Kendrick LaMar
Did u guys know that the ratatatatatatcha instrament sounding parts sre actually her own voice? its in the song like 2 or 3 times one specifically at min 12:42. She came up with that at home, went to the studio and polished it up. Look at her video on writing her songs, and its in there. I mean damn, the song. Performance, everything is fire! And she takes it a step fserare instrumental are her voice and writing too! Shes phenomenal!l
THAT PART ! The Da Da Da Da Da Da Da DA Dat ( sorry😊! SO not easy to explain in text That That’s Ms. Tay Tay rolling her tongue and singing that part but no one knows that was her voice ! She would sing that part & They kept distorting it until it sounded right and it was freaking awesome. She shows people what she did, and how they did it in the reputation tour movie and you asked who produced the reputation album.. that would be Ms Swift & Her Good Friend Jack Antonoff
Please react to Don’t Blame Me from the REP tour 🔥
meh i don’t k ow why it’s hyped. the beginning is 🔥
Getaway Car and This is Why we Can’t have nice things are awesome. Her performance and stuff... so fun!
i wanted to clip this so bad because your face was PERFECTION when she dropped the owe him nothing lines lol she is AMAZING on that stage :)
Isn't she awesome? 🥰
You just have to sign up to be part of her coven
I am a new Swiftie. I am amazed at the talent, determination, style, everything. I'm proud and happy for her. She has made me so happy with her songs and their lyrics, I pretty much sing them all day at work. I see this video was a month ago, so I'm pretty sure you delved in and watched a lot more of her.
It's probably already been said in the comments, but at this point you should wait and do the whole Reputation album review once the Taylor's Version comes out. Everyone has been waiting on that announcement because the vault tracks are guaranteed to be fire and the TV (Taylor's Version) releases are the albums that are no longer associated with her old label. All she has left to re-release and get back is Reputation and her name (Taylor Swift), which was her first album.
Getaway Car, Delicate, King Of My Heart, This is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things are all highlights for me from this tour
End Game!!!! (But you need to watch the video with Future and Ed Sheeran)
You should watch the entire Netflix tour film soon -- Taylor does some talking in between songs, and she also does the music in a sequence for the show. Seeing just one or two songs as clips leaves a lot out, and the Netflix contract runs out at the end of this year (it has been up for 5 years). That contract was with Big Machine; so it likely won't be re-negotiated. Too long for a video on YT unless you edit the hell out of it, but you should see it for yourself anyway.
YES 🙌🏼 I was hoping you did this one! The beat and the passion behind her vocals is 🔥
She sang the dit-dit-dit part for the record
You’ll love the Reputation album! Looking forward to that reaction!
The best part is Taylor did that background vocal of the dododododyaya in the recording
there is a reputation documentary on Netflix its basically a concert film.
Too many folks sleepin' on Tay Tay!! I've been a Swifty since the 1989 album. She just keeps getting better. ❤
Look what you made me do from the Reputation tour is sooo good
Get chills every time I hear it
I came here for THIS....I am here. For. It. Why? Because I love to see stereotypes get tossed on their heads. This album, she called out the haters and there is no mistaking who she's talking about if you do a bit of digging into the history. While that may make it delicious for those of us who already lived that history still supporting her...to see her clap back HARD at a few of them, I don't know if I would encourage society as a whole to go looking for the negative. I can't imagine Taylor wanting that.
The full reputation stadium tour (and miss Americana) are leaving Netflix at the end of December! You could record the full reaction and break it up in TH-cam!
Looking forward to it! It is one of my favorite (if not my favorite) performances by her!
You're now a SWIFTY!! 😂😂😂 I feel like we should be on recess and I'm singing "You're now a SWIFTY. I really like you. You bring my inner child back. BTW I'm 62. Lol
It's all her. Amazing woman
Max Martin and Shellback produced "I Did Something Bad" and a majority of the other Reputation songs. (Swedes FTW!)
You need to watch all of the album haha This album is extra. Love don't blame me and Delicate -- And can't wait for the Vault songs !
Watch We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together from the 1989 Tour! Sooo underrated but she pulls out some rock vibes in that performance!
You gotta watch that video where it shows how this song was produced!! ratattatatata iykyk
Taylor writes and produces her own music and some videos as well as a short film. “Light me up” means “ok so you say I’m a bad@ass? Watch this, ima show you.
She usually has a producer. Jack Antonoff produced Reputation, 1989, and parts of Folklore, Evermore, most of Midnights.
You go crazy if you watch each n every performance.. like endgame, dont blame me.. these are beyond fire even sounds way damn better than the originals but unfortunately they dont have it recorded anywhere🤒..
Love Your Reactions!! I, too, was blown away after watching this in Dec 2023 on Netflix. Clearly so very underrated as an Album. To hear her say when she didn't get the Grammy Nods for Reputation that she needed to make a better record......No, Taylor...... You Made an AWESOME record and It's my Favorite.
Vigilante Shit is amazing 👏 the Eras tour!! Check that out and you'll never leave TayTay ❤
King of my Heart!
Had to put you on hold to go get her discs forreal!! I’m sold sold sold (I never was not a fan just wasn’t invested in it - damn now I gotta get caught up ….. I get it now )
Now watch Don't Blame Me! TAKE US TO CHURCHHHHH!
@taylorswift and @taylornation should see these reviews! AB so fire!
I know you'll have TayTay posters in the background soon ❤
She was inspired by Daenerys, mother of dragons. Should also watch This is What You Came for, with Calvin Harris if you haven’t seen it yet.
TayTay produces! And writes (:
she co-produced this album with jack antonoff and max martin
Long Live/New Years Day…. Getaway Car, King of My Heart, soooo many good ones during this show!!! Your response to her floating though lol love it.
So glad you did this song - one of my most favourite songs of her!!
Enjoyed the video ❤
Rep swiftie for life….her best album to date.
Love watching you watch Taylor. Rilliant
This is MY JAM!
She produced everything!
Need to watch the full Netflix concert. This is a mash up of film and fan video.
She writes and produces everything she does, no one owns her.
You are in so deep! Keep going! Delicate from Eras!
Don’t blame me king of my heart and dress are the next best ones from this tour!
It’s FUKING Amazing
This is my favorite song still and my favorite album and it never got the respect it should have!!
