I do backyard poultry, but brooding turkeys is a little hectic. the chicks don't want to eat or drink yet it's the best thing they should do to grow and avoid diseases. hence many die at before 2 months. what should i do?

In the first week it needs alot of attention....teach them how to eat, keep them warm , give them glucose for energy etc
