I’ve watched couple of your videos and I feel like I have a plan now: once I start feeling my body’s disorientation, I will take a couple deep breaths while looking around at specific people who make me comfortable, I will focus my senses on them, observe what they’re doing and think about what they’re doing at that moment. Hopefully this will help redirect my attention toward anything else other than my nerves.
