Hello @Teddy Mega I'm not sure I completely understand your question but Yes direction does matter and if we are to look for DC or FE that means we we looking for the opposite of CD or EF ,Yes we can multiply by negative one given we already have the answer But if we don't already have an answer we use the same concept used in the video for example CD we start at C, so For DC we start at D then just follow instructions in the video.
