Hey Morgan, regarding the water - I also think a gallon a day for a petite woman is too much. 75 hard was created by a 6 foot tall man. Anyway, I work in medical science so I just wanted to add that if you start to feel off during this (headaches, nausea fogginess, poor balance), please add electrolytes. Water intake above the max your body needs can cause imbalances, especially hyponatremia (low blood sodium). What's safe for one person might not be safe for another.
Agreed! I’m an RD and based on your height of 5ft1 Morgan I would be recommended just 1.7L fluids (which includes all beverages not just water) per day :) I use 30mL/kg of ideal body weight. Being overhydrated is dangerous!!! Much love 💕
Hi Morgan I get that a gallon isn’t necessary for your body but I understand aiming for it as a goal! I do the same thing because having that goal helps me drink more water overall. If it works for you and makes you feel good then keep drinking as much water as you want! You’re doing so good with the challenge!
It breaks my heart that you feel like you have to convince people you are a good dog mom, I’m so sorry for that. Accidents happen with any and every situation, I’m glad you are both okay and I’m sorry you two had to go through what ever happened. You are a freaking amazing dog mom and anyone who doesn’t see that can kick rocks. I understand why you’re doing this challenge. I also need a new challenge or something that inspires me to fall back in love with my health journey and challenges me to see what I’m capable of now. You’re doing amazing.
Silent follower for over a year or so now, and just wanted to say girl you are KILLING it♥️ the consistency, the length and quality of your videos, everything! I see that channel growth since you started this challenge too!! You should be so proud of yourself!
i’m so glad duncs is okay! accidents happen and i know that’s one of the worst feelings as a pet mom, but it’s so clear that you take the best care of him and these things happen. and good for you for finishing the daily tasks anyway!
I have an 11yr old Staffy. Last year, she broke out of the dog park fence and chased after a deer into a busy street intersection. It was so traumatic and I still cry thinking about the fear I had while screaming and chasing after them. Thank GOD she did NOT run into the busy street. You’re a great mama - sending you love and light! 🤍🩷
My dog jumped out of our car when we were stopped at a busy intersection. We chased her into the nearest convenience store who helped us out. I still have PTSD when we have her in the car or we go by that intersection. Glad y’all are okay!
I want to add as many have that you do an amazing job as a dog mom. You put so much time and effort into give him a great life. I’m glad you’re both ok. ❤
Hey Morgan, As a fellow dog mom I instantly wanted to cry with you because I understand how one feels after an accident of whatever sort with your pup! You're a wonderful dog mom - your love for Duncan and his for you is part of why I just love your videos! Sending you both lots of love and hugs ❤️
You are truly inspiring! Also, we're doing 75 Hard (Day 17!) and my body wasn't accepting a gallon of water- Had to cut down to 100 oz. Feel like it helped with headaches!! 🎉
Thank you for the daily inspiration, and sending all the love your way for you and Duncan. You’re an amazing dog mama and I know you’d never intentionally do anything to hurt/put him in danger! You have no worries about anyone thinking that!! Your true self shows easily through the videos :) it’s why we love you!!! Hugs Girlie
I’m catching up to your vlogs.. I’m so sorry you’re having a rough time. Prayers for you, girl. We all question ourselves as moms whether for our pets or human babies. Give yourself some grace, you’re doing awesome! ❤
It breaks my heart to see you cry, as dog lovers we do everything we can and sometimes accidents still happen. Our pups don’t love us less, even tho we will never forgive ourselves. Chin up, I’m happy you and Dunks are ok❤
shame im so sorry you had a bad day🥺🥺 i dont think you need to even explain, anyone that watches your videos regularly knows you are an amazing dog mom and would never do anything to hurt your Dunks! im on day 5 today, so pissed, cause i managed to get sick and now i cant really workout, cause its just not good for my heart, im so annoyed about it! im just doing really slow walks with my dog and some really chill yoga.. im keeping my heartrate down so it should be fine. so far, so good... for me, honestly, the reading is the worst lol, i think i need to do it in the morning, ive been leaving it for bed time, but ya,then im so tired! . we havent even switched the TV on this week and not using my phone too much at night cause i have to read and honestly im loving that! anyway, thank you so much for the daily videos, i love doing this challenge while watching you do it !
Morgan I hope you are okay, you clearly are an excellent dog mom and you are doing your absolute best! ❤ You’re killing it with everything. A podcast recommendation is Mel Robbins, she has a bunch of videos about anything and everything. I’ll usually pick out one that’s speaking to me and listen to it during my morning routine.
Girl you are true an inspiration! I look for your Hesiod all the time! I look how real you are and you do your best with your knowledge and bring us along your journey!! ❤ truly helps keep the motivation and tips with food!! Stay strong girl!!!
Accidents happen and I'm glad that everyone including duncs is okay. He is very well taken care of and you're such a good momma to him. We all have good days and bad days.
Morgan girl Today could’ve totally derailed you but it DIDN’T! You’re facing into one of the main points of this exercise which is pushing through low and bad spots and didn’t cave 🥰
I think right now you’re chugging water rather than drinking. Hear me out, fill that bottle and then fill a smaller bottle or cup from the bottle. You see a smaller task and start sipping rather than chugging. Chugging hurts. It makes you feel icky. Sipping starts to feel good. I also tell myself I don’t actually need more than 24 oz in an hour. I drink a gallon a day and I just keep track of how many I’ve had. But guzzling to get it all down isn’t fun. Also, try the market pantry water drops from Target. They really only need one squeeze per 20 oz or so and it feels like you’re drinking a light juice like capri sun.
I am so proud of you . Kee going 🤍 and I hope Duncan and you is ok x About the cellulites try dry brushing before shower! And make sure you apply lotion after ward ❤
I appreciate you taking us through your days of the 75 hard. Would you be able to link the sports bras you use? I use the racer back ones and I don’t like how it cuts into my neck. Keep up the good work 💪🏻
There’s absolutely no need to convince us you’re a good dog mom because that is showing from the way you are with Duncan! I hope you don’t feel that you HAVE to do that! You rocked another day, well done!
I believe “Metabolic age” is essentially giving an age to how your metabolism functions, I.e. so that woman in Will’s video has the metabolism of a 36 year old. Metabolism is a word that gets thrown around a lot so I’ll try not to confuse you, but from my understanding a person’s metabolism is determined by how well the mitochondria in their cells create energy in the form of ATP, which then leads to thousands of other processes in the body. Essentially, damaged mitochondrial function = less than optimal metabolism. Mitochondria can be damaged from many different things, but one of the primary roots of the damage is inflammation. I’ll stop there, but I HIGHLY recommend the book Good Energy by Dr. Casey Means. It’s been a real eye-opener to me in terms of how I look at my body and how it functions, rather than seeing each part as an individual, but part of a whole system. A few things tied to metabolic age (this is not an exhaustive list) include activity level, diet, sleep, weight, use of medications, stress levels, of course your actual age, and more. I hope that was helpful. I’m by no means an expert and am learning just as you are. I’m glad to hear that you and Duncan are ok ❤
just wanted to say the clips of you talking about the cellulite on the back of your legs is exactly what i needed to hear today. It was actually so healing 🥹. also glad you both are ok ! so sorry that happened!!

Hello Morgan 🙋♂️
just wanted to say the clips of you talking about the cellulite on the back of your legs is exactly what i needed to hear today. It was actually so healing 🥹.
