These troops are scattered across over 900 acres of parks, temples and jungle, for weeks the whole country was in checkpoint lockdown. VO’s love Alba so if they could find her they would. They know it’s dangerous to be on her own.
I've noticed that your posts are fairly new with a lot of information on who these monkeys are and their troops. May I suggest that you explain just as you do in this and a several other as in the actual video. I've also noticed that during those playback moments you would have more to add by removing them for the space. I enjoy what you explain with the effort of giving the knowledge to those who are interested intheir heairitage. The new viewers have no clue of what's happening or who's who because most monkeys look alike unless they have a scare or battle wonds that's visible. Kinda like Violet with a piece of her nose missing. But for the most part, I think you're doing great and keep up with the good work @MonkeyMomma

I don't know if you were watching last year when they got, 16 monkeys. Including Tarzanna, Queen, Sweetpea, Polino, Chimo, Queen, Timo, Skippy and Felix. Jilla and Maci. etc. MM
Violet is too rough. This new baby already has bite marks on her face. Sometimes a single Macaque monkey baby is born, normally at night time. The start is preceded by behavioral indicators, reminiscent of touching the vagina, squatting, physique shakes, tail wagging, and frequent place altering. Labour lasts for 1 to 3 hours. The Macaque monkey baby begins to suckle at 1 hour. By 2 weeks of age, the mom may have begun to introduce strong meals into the food plan. At four weeks Macaque monkey baby’s weight is around 0.65 kg (rhesus), and by 6 weeks the Macaque monkey baby is ready to transfer independently and begins to discover away from the mom. However I know that June is higher ranked than Violet.. which could mean (if they’re related) that Violet’s mom also could be a sister to June and Butter.. or a cousin to them.. but I don’t think so.. never got that impression while I was working there and was around these monkeys. But can’t say it for sure of course..

Anything before that is not recorded. Because it has not been verified. Let's talk about Jane and Jade as far as rank. Jade is mid ranking. Jane is low ranking. This is my theory. Jane resembles Butter in the face so much. And every time Butter has a baby she runs and sits with Jane. Just like Loni was with her mother. These are things you have to pay attention to. As you well know. Selly she was a mean momma. Not as bad as Jade but this is a learned behavior from watching their mothers. Then on the flip side of the coin Jane loves her babies. Butter she always lets Cara raise her babies. I know Butter stays on the outside of the troop because she is scared and old. This maybe her way of protecting her offspring. Because Cara is well respected in the troop. As far as Jade she could be June's daughter. But I do not think Jade and Jane are sisters no way. Jade and Jane's behavior is like night and day when it comes to their offspring. As you know when a monkey dies the bloodline loses its rank. Especially a monkey like June. She was high ranking. No one could get near the body because the King protected her and attacked any humans trying to bury her. This show she was very favored by the King. Jade has status still. Jane has none. I'm sure they all get pregnant by same monkey. So if they get pregnant its by own father. He's not only daddy he's also baby daddy thats suppose to be grandpa but he's grandaddy (grandpa-daddy) and I don't think she's a good mom she's not even worried about helping her baby nurse. He has not nursed since the day he was born. My definition of good mother is not the same as yours and she wears her babies way to young a good mom would let baby nurse until baby can go on own to find food. But I guess I'm the twisted one for the she's a bad mom. Ok and she's not the prettiest monkey I think duchess is.
