- Today is my reaction, review and rating for Wildfire by The Warning. I hope you enjoy it. Let me know what you think. Thank you.
Join me as I listen to XXI Century Blood for the first time. I will be doing a live reaction to every song from the album. In order. Giving a brief review of each song as well as a numbered rating 1-10 of the song. NO script. HONEST reaction, review and rating. All reactions have been recorded and will be released 1 at a time every 2 days. Please feel free to comment and let me know how you feel about my videos. Also, and more importantly, let me know your perspective on each song and what you would rate the song on a 1-10 scale. I'm looking forward to sharing this journey with all of you.
NOTE: XXI Century Blood is the only song from the album that I did a scripted review of as opposed to a reaction video. the reason being, when I recorded the reaction video my mic was muted. I didn't want to be fake and re-record a reaction video. so I wrote a review instead. That being said, its my favorite and I prefer that style of video. let me know what you think.
Thank you for watching. Like, comment, share, & subscribe. All that good stuff. See you in the comments.
One more thing. My initial rating for the title track XXI Century Blood was an 8. Since then however it has been upgraded to a 10. I love that song.

I'm glad you're doing this album. There are many hidden gems on this album. This has always been one of my favorites.
Wildfire is one of my favorites, inspired by the Hunger Games series. We all have different favorites and that shows the broad nature of their appeal and that the excellent songwriting carries across the entire range of their material.
It was inspired by The Hunger Games?!?! I had no idea! That’s awesome!
@@RichandTheWarning I liked it enough that I got hand written lyrics from Ale.
@@RichandTheWarningat least you were right about the "dystopian setting".
The other one inspired by the Hunger Games series is Exterminated
One of my top favorites as well, I even got the lyrics handwritten by Ale as my patreon reward. I listen to the is song and the entire XXICB album all the time.
🔥⚡🤘I love that song. Pau's drumming is soooo good.🤘⚡🔥
Always
The drums on this song are so fitting. Pau makes it sound like it is a troup marching for glory. It´s a fighters anthem. They where so young from where did they get that edge!? Great rection and I like that you are reacting to the record and not a video. It´s nice to hear the clean song, so one can focus on the music and lyrics.
I keep on thinking that exact thing. “They’re so young. Where is all of this coming from?” It amazes me. Thank you for your kind comment. I wanted to do the studio version first and then check out the live versions.
Tihs song looks good for me, but when I put attention to the lyrics, become one of my favorite songs of XXI Century Blood
I feel this would be a great song for a marvel battle montage. One of my top songs from XXICB.
Oh yeah.
The Warning ‘s music is a treasure of art . Each one is excellent; and their interpretation with theirs instruments and voices ; are exceptional. Long live to TW ; my rock band favorite!! ❤️
This is a great album, that's it.
You’re right!
De sus primeros temas Wildfire ,un bello tema de rock clásico ,un tema de gran calidad ,el rock de The Warning siempre a sido increíble
first time i've heard this one ... i like it. simple, yet effective.
it's encouraging, and impressive, to see someone so young try to wrestle with the world in a mature way.
and, at least to me, i think that seems to be the unifying theme of this album (which you seemed to be searching for) -- young kids discovering that the world is a rough place, working through how to frame the world in a way that lets them understand it, and then stepping forward with confidence to say "I'm ready".
/2¢
Loved your 2 cents. You summed it up great. And yea, just like you said to see someone so young tackle these ideas is awesome to see. Thank you.

Tierra de The Warning?! Bien 👍🏻 muchos gracias para tu comment! Muchos gracias for watching!
One of my preferred songs by them!
Every time I feel really down, I listen to it (together with "fade away" by them too).
Pau is a huge My Chemical Romance fan so she was undoubtedly influenced by them in her writing. Loved your reaction!
Thank you! I appreciate it! Wait till you see the Black Holes reaction.
Pau and Dany have a video where they show and talk about some of their vinyl collection and that includes My Chemical Romance, they also talk about the artwork on XXI Century Blood and QOTMS. It's a great video, it's on yt.
Ohhh!!! Really?!! I have to watch that!!

@@RichandTheWarning I tried to post a link but it gets deleted.
Wow, hearing you break it down, it sounds like Serenity. The planet that was allowed to die/disappear.
Thank you for checking out the breakdown. I appreciate it. This is just my initial reaction. I love listening and o an album for the first time and unraveling it. Like it book. And with the way The Warning writes there’s so much to read through. And read into. Every song is a delight.
Amazing at this age
Definitely hear their Mexican heritage in this track. Chord structure, drum cadence, overall feel.
Thanks man for doing a channel only for the ladies. If you can they are more ore less at world tour atm. Festival, some EU and main US + Canada (with Evanescence & Halestorm mainly) dates are out. At Toronto they are solo but venue had changed form Opera Hous to Danforth Music Hall because the ticktes sold out quickly and there could be a bigger audiance.
Thank you for watching. It’s a joy listening to The Warning. And it’s a joy interacting with fellow fans.
Checkout Dakota Bar Concert
I definitely will.
I know that politics can be an extremely divisive subject. I would suggest that this is not necessarily a political song. In each generation there are young people who rebel against authority, who chafe at having restrictions imposed on themselves. Most of that isn't political at all.
But it is human and part of the nearly universal desire to be free. We often don't like it when others tell us what to do and what not to do. Some of this is for our own good and we fail to see it that way. We might even have good reasons to dissent. A fight is not always physical and does not usually mean violence. We fight with words too, and far more often.
Thank you so much for your thoughts and opinions. I appreciate you taking the time to watch the video and leave a comment.
Pau loves My Chemical Romance, earlier today I randomly saw one of their 2020 vlogs, where Pau was showing us some of their vinyl collection where two of them were from them, which by the way the vinyl color designs of them are very cool.
That’s awesome! Thanks for sharing!!
♥♥♥TW
Not my favourite song of the album but like all of their songs in this album gives you food for thought about your interpretation of it. One of the things that most attracted to me to them right from the start.
Im so happy you noticed the house of wolves similarities. Pau is a HUUUUGE MCR fan. If you havent noticed queen of the murder scene looks pretty similar to one of their albums lol.
It's not a concept album.
Yea. I didn’t really get that until after I recorded all my reaction videos. It has themes but it’s not a a concept album.
Try to do last scream... too long! It's amazing! 😃
That's the House of Wolves riff, from MCR
Yes sir!
Ever heard of the Mexican Revolucion?😆
I have not
@@RichandTheWarning No matter. We have The Warning revolution now!
This could be considered a deep cut from the album.
I can see that.
Every time I try out a song by The Warning that I haven't heard before, I get nervous. What if this is the song that lets me down? Maybe this one is going to be dull and boring, or just silly or derivative. What the hell am I thinking? This is The Warning! They don't do bad songs....EVER. Are there songs I like better than others? Sure. Are there any songs I actively don't like? NOPE
