My apologies everyone. I am working on another Fossil Gen 6 video to publish either later today or tomorrow. Thank you for your patience and sorry this video ended so abruptly.
Some follow-up about this Fossil Gen 6... I wore it to bed last night and it tracked my sleep, heart rate, and SP02 - noice! It was fully charged yesterday at 12:50 ish and it is now 07:04 the following day - not quite reaching the 24-hour mark. The battery is down to 29% and yes, AOD was turned off while sleeping, and the brightness set to zero. Thus far, yeah, I am digging this Fossil smartwatch and the integration with Google Fit. Overall, it was easy to set up. I'll either post another video about this wearable later tonight or tomorrow.
Yes, I am still here. Sorry, for my absence. I posted another review about the Fossil Gen 6 on my other YT Channel called, "Peter Herget & Gadgets Anonymous"
Yes and no... today is a two watches, two fitness trackers, and smart ring 😉 1. Garmin Fenix 6X Pro Solar 2. Apple Watch 6 3. Fitbit Charge 5 4. Amazon Halo Band 5. Oura Ring (the Fossil Gen 6 is being tested by a friend of mine since yesterday. I'll return to the that device this weekend)
My own store...? That is an interesting question and quite pithy - thanks! I am selling the Casio G-SHOCK I've been testing and the Polar Grix X - both next week. Unsure if I'll use eBay or Facebook Marketplace.
Thanks for watching! I am getting the Fossil Gen 6 back in my hands after a six-day vacation while my friend, Tony, borrowed it. I hope to have some great insight from his mind and mine sometime early next week.
Yeah, a dark silver - I love the way it looks! Fossil did a great job on the design. I am curious about the accuracy, GPS stats, sleep tracking, battery life, you know - the usual smartwatch demands of a geek like me that enjoys wearing two watches :)
Sure Nikhil! I will get some detailed results about battery life, how long it takes to charge, how long it lasts in battery saver mode, more watch faces, swimming with the Fossil Gen 6, running, cycling, hiking, and more sleeping analysis too... Thank you for watching and for your comments 😁👍👍
It was nice overview. Do cover a battery life with its main tracking features turned on. Is this model feel heavy while doing workout? Also try to show this model with other straps like leather one.. Thanks
I want to get this watch specifically with this chain link style but can you tell me how comfortable it is when cycling and also specifically sleeping with? I have decently hairy arms and don’t want nipped during the night
Yes, I'll be showing footage with the watch on, navigating, talk about battery life, sleep tracking, workouts, and other fun, geeky stuff. I am working on a follow-up video and it will be posted on this channel or my Peter Herget & Gadgets Anonymous channel. Most likely, I'll post it here. Thanks for watching :)
It is okay. As always, it is difficult to tell during the first 20 hours. It made it through the night after using AOD for about 8 hours yesterday. The screen is bright and easy to read. And the watch is comfortable to wear. I will certainly know more about the battery life within the next day or so and more tests - you know how I roll...
I loaned my Fossil Gen 6 timepiece to a coworker and then he forgot he was wearing it went north. I was going to get it back today and life happened. I should have back on person sometime next week... And then my testing and deep-dive reviewing can resume. Have a great weekend Chris!
You cannot find the Fossil Gen 6 on the Fossil website? I returned mine for it crashed and would not longer turn on. I would recommend waiting until the Fossil Gen 6 received the WearOS 3.0 software update.
Nope, I would pass on the Fossil Gen 6. I have another video about this wearable coming out this week and that will answer many of your and everyone else's pending questions...
You are most welcome. Fossil ditched their wearables with WearOS and that is a HUGE sign to not purchase any of their old non-supported WearOS watches. Sorry, Fossil gave it a great effort.
I believe there was a setting within the app to disable continuous HR monitoring. My Fossil Gen 6 died after three weeks and Fossil told me to send it back. I am waiting for Fossil to release WearOS 3.5 and then I'll try them a 4th time...

Starting to get worried, did you come back ?

@@TheManWithTwoWatches any plans to start your own store? 🤪

Nice unboxing and first look at this Fossil of a watch! Glad they made it circular!

This is silver colour brother?

Yes, I am watching this for a second time for I just love this guy!
And I love you too. Thank you Mom!
That is a gorgeous watch!
Thank you much K.C.! I am enjoying it much for the last three hours ;)
I'm gonna prefer this over Samsung watch 4. Please tell about its battery back up

Why incomplete video 🤔????
Why did you feel this video was incomplete?
Was eagerly waiting for telling BRB then got to know BRB means in next video, not in current video after software download ☺️
I have another video about the Fossil Gen 6 going public early next week 😁 And that will be an in-depth review of the WearOS wearable.
It was nice overview.
Do cover a battery life with its main tracking features turned on. Is this model feel heavy while doing workout? Also try to show this model with other straps like leather one.. Thanks
Nope! It feels lighter than my Samsung Galaxy Watch4. I took it running and have a review about that sport workout going online very soon.
I want to get this watch specifically with this chain link style but can you tell me how comfortable it is when cycling and also specifically sleeping with? I have decently hairy arms and don’t want nipped during the night
You bet! I am sizing it to my wrist right now and will wear the rest of today, tonight, and for the next 88 hours for testing reasons.
@@TheManWithTwoWatches I would love to know that too. Also would have liked to see how it looks when you wear it.

For you Chris - anytime... So glad to get comments at all. I just love the community that forms around gadgets, watches, time pieces, etc...
I just love your reviews. I wish you would have shaved off that stubble. Love your Mom 🤣❤
Maybe one day... I normally grow a beard during the months of October & November.
GREAT video about the Fossil!
Thank you! Cheers Logan and Happy Friday!
I can't find that model. Where did you get it? I really like it. I want to buy one

Well, I cannot speak for everyone else, but I sure would like to see more about this watch. This video ended too abruptly :(
Hey man , is it worth buying now ? Considering the fact Google's gonna discontinue the wear OS
Nope, I would pass on the Fossil Gen 6. I have another video about this wearable coming out this week and that will answer many of your and everyone else's pending questions...
Hey brother can we change the strap even I’m having one but could please help me how to change the strap from metal to silicone ❤
Sorry, I no longer have this watch. I recommend contacting Fossil Support Team 🤞
@TheManWithTwoWatches thank you for your precious time brother and reply given to me love and support from India 🇮🇳...
You are most welcome. Fossil ditched their wearables with WearOS and that is a HUGE sign to not purchase any of their old non-supported WearOS watches. Sorry, Fossil gave it a great effort.
How to turn off continuous heart rate monitoring?
I believe there was a setting within the app to disable continuous HR monitoring. My Fossil Gen 6 died after three weeks and Fossil told me to send it back. I am waiting for Fossil to release WearOS 3.5 and then I'll try them a 4th time...
@@TheManWithTwoWatches I tried each and every thing but I didn't find anything. Once you get your watch, can you please check that and reply back?
Great 🙏
thank you
Hate the bezel 🤦🏾♂️
Yeah, I was not a huge fan of the bezel either. All in all, nope, I was not a fan of this watch.
Yeah, it has a lil shticker
Do you mean a sticker...?
Your filming is abysmal
Abysmal, that is a big word. Would you care to elaborate on what portion of my review was "abysmal", please...?
