Good one, is it old aged live person or cadaver? If blood vessels present just beside fingers what to do?

Aspirating will make sure you are not in a blood vessel. Always aspirate before injecting.

I have zero idea why RubeTube recommended this video, but since it did there is no use wasting it. Back in the stone age of my introduction to medicine (about 1981) I was observing a very similar technique. While doing so I was warned never to use lidocaine with epi when injecting any digit due to the risk of vasoconstriction causing problems. Is this warning still valid, is it no longer valid, or was it never valid and I was simply told incorrectly? I chose the Epidemiology path and never found myself having to inject a digit.

Some lidocaine injections contain epinephrine that should never be injected into fingers . You're not wrong . So if the lidocaine is not mixed it's not contraindicated
