Headless custom guitar build // GGBO 2023 Scratch Build

This is my custom designed Demon slayer inspired guitar build which I have officially dubbed "Gyutaro". The build was primarily focused off of the fight between Lord Tengen Uzui and Gyutaro in season 3, episode 10. One of the best action scenes I've ever seen in any TV show, so i decided to take small subtleties and throw it into my latest guitar. This guitar is a Semi hollow headless, which i believe is the first semi hollow using headless guitar components. I will also be submitting this guitar to the great guitar build of 2023 scratch build competition so hopefully, i can get a couple votes there.
The design incorporates two portions of the fight between Uzui and Gyutaro. First is the rotating slashes i have added throughout the neck and body of the guitar. The second is the Headstock facade i have maintained in the headless design to include Lord Uzuis dual swords.
The material used is a combination of stabilized walnut (with black epoxy) and curly maple with small hints of Wenge in the neck to create that contrast i was looking for.

Definitely in the top 5 so far. Those pickup rings are incredible. The only design quirk for me is the headstock. I can't decide if I love it or otherwise. Either way???? Home run build.
haha thanks man. Im switching to the fake headstock for every build from now on. The headless components are great for the balance of the guitar but i find it looks strange without a headstock. If anything, im just going to go crazier with them every build since they dont need to be "structural" to hold the tuners

Yea i start off with a rough hand sketch in my notebook, scan it and expand it to match with a program created fretboard design. Then i refine the lines once its the max size
@@KurvyWoodworking Hey i kno you dont kno me from a damn can of paint, but ive been buying all different kinds of DIY kits and then i just hack away at it until ive created something i love.. i was just wondering if maybe thru Email or wherever you may be able to gimme a few small (nothin crazy) pointers/guidance as i have just a few lil questions of steps ive become stuck up on and am getting more and more scared to just wing it and of course destroy my hard work... ya kno what i mean?
