I haven’t seen these videos since middle school, downloaded every map made by Bevins law and Darthhuman and OaklyHidef and all the other guys on this channel back in the day! I’ve graduated from a 5 year college degree in engineering now. Holy cow it’s been so long. What a throwback, love the halo community so much. Always positive comments below my favorite throwback videos.

Wow. I remember watching this when I was in 8th grade, I’m now 3 years into college. The Hall Forge Epidemic brought together such an incredible community. I miss halo’s community.

Brother, they are going to make me cry, look at what they've done to the channels. Thfe Productions is now Invicta, The Halo Forge Epidemic, is something called Tamlytime.
I'm not against diverging and evolving, but people will subscribe to them, without knowing the greatness before. Fuck, why does it have to be this way? Why does time have to move on and change, why can't it stay in one great spot...??
Even though never really played Halo Reach, due to not having money for an Xbox and so on, i always watched THFE and such channell's clips. I remember them.... I haven't even unsubscribed to them, just because i'm a sentimental person.

Go to game type, then go to file share search look up Darth human, the map is called insane dk. Enjoy like if this helped you

I still play this map it's epic! I'm one of the few custom game hosts who still has this map in 2017 so when I play it people in game chat are always shouting "holy fuck this is insane" haha

If you can get his username, you type it into the Find Player menu and can download it. It's not the same as his youtube account name...

Jacksaur yeah, if they changed their GT though it’s pretty much impossible. It’s lame.
if you have the steam version there are websites dedicated to letting you download these. a lot of that though is reliant on if you are willing to manually install the files meaning you have to go into the games files but that’s not too hard

I remember being in middle school when Halo Reach just launched, oh man me and my friends have already saved for almost a year for this game, and it was worth actually.
The day it was released we went all togheter to Blockbuster to the midnight sale, I remember every detail that day, the scent in the air, the face of excitement of everyone, and even the fkn sound of the distant line behind us.
When the moment finally came we entered, and we received our copies, holy crap I screamed like a lunatic, we played the campaing all night long even though we had school the next day.
Now I'm in my first year in engineering and no friends but a great game hahaha.

@Perich93 The link for the gametype for this map is in the map description. The original "Haloball" variant was found in the action sack playlist in matchmaking.
@powerarmourknight To have golf balls in great numbers: watch his video (Unlimited Balls Forge Tips & Tricks, it's somewhere on this channel). How to make them respawn so fast: Put a kill barrier at the end of the ramp or anywhere you want the balls to end up, they will despawn since they're considered "objectives", and they will immediately respawn because that's what objectives do. For instance, when a oddball falls in the water (oddball=objective, water=kill barrier) the same thing happens.

New insane gametype from the action sack playlist. In forge you can use new gametype labels to do so.
This is Piccolo's favorite map and gametype, because you have to DOOOOOOOOOOODGE!

@Y2kyle1 Its one of the gametype labels for haloball in forge. It's called "goal_noise_maker", make sure you set a team to it.

@GunsAreForTryHards If you want to play the game, you have to download both the map variant and gametype.
You could create a vertical style challenge map where players must time jumps from platform to platform and avoid flying golf balls in between each platform.

@t0sh1131 You put a death zone on the bottom and go to advanced and set it to HB goal. You have to download haloball first from new custom search game modes.

i believe you first set the physics to phased and place the ball at the top
then set to normal
its crucial that the balls fall out of the map at some point so they respawn
I really wish Bungie would add a playlist full of this stuff...
@dcccapfan action sack game type you can put spawn points or hill markers and set them to "ball spawn location"
i saw that persons comment about replacing the golf balls with land mines and i thought, since you can only have 24 mines, instead of completley rplacing the golf balls, juts add in random mines on the ground and have both!

@TheDreamyYew05 You have to download the Haloball gametype from bungie.ne t. When you do that, select it from your new Insane gametype folder, Spawn a hill marker, press x and go to advanced. go to game label and set it to ball_spn_loc and go to custom games and watch the ball or balls spawn!
