Game 1 Kingambit says To Azumarill and Iron hands "I don't know what not very effective damage is". Game 2 Arcanine and Flutter mane both say to Amoonguss "we don't accept the move spore here".
Gavin got dogwalked. Poor guy had to wipe feet prints off his face from getting stomped. Actually feel bad for him. Regional finals, and your team did absolutely nothing.
@8:20 Gavin lost game one by not drain punching the kingambit here. Switching out his iron hands vs a +2 Tera dark king gambit never the move. The av iron hands woulda tanked fluttermanes moonblast and done a ton of damage back to the kingambit. Only problem is if the kingambit is faster then he lost no matter what. But I think switching I. Scarf gholdengo there was never the play.
Not really, Gavin's Iron Hands had been intimidated so -1 drain punch was only going to do ~50% to Kingambit. So if Emilio doubled the Hands slot for the KO then it was probably over for Gavin because even if Gholdengo somehow survived the +2 Sucker Punch and was able to OHKO both Kingambit and Flutter with a make it rain the next turn, then there is no way Gavin could win the 2v1 against Emilio's AV Iron Hands with a Pelipper and a Gholdengo locked into Make It Rain. Gavin would need a lot of Hurricane confusions. Gavin needed to preserve his Iron Hands to deal with Emilio's Iron Hands in the back. I think Gavin was probably hoping that Emilio would screw up and double the Peliper, Sucker Punch the Hands slot, or that he would get a Hydro Pump crit ohko into Flutter Mane. He didn't lose game 1 because of this turn, since he was probably going to lose game 1 no matter what he did on this turn. He lost because Emilio took risks to set up Kingambit earlier in the game.
It’s been awhile since I watched this but I most likely didn’t account for Tera dark gambit only being x2 weak instead of x4 either way sounds like you know what you talking about!
Why they're all have the same Pokémon's all the time. Like they're battling their own pokemons 😅. Sorry coz i don't know anything about competitive Pokémon battles

Seeind "delibird" in competitive is so nostalgia-gratifying as a gen--2-er!
5000000 IQ that Will-O-Wisp

Missing twice didn't help but honestly I don't think Amoongus was the adjustment he needed.
That side will-o-wisp made ammongus completely useless!!
Honestly, the terrastalization on Gholdengo was unnecessary in my opinion.
Go!!! Emilio.
Who are the commentators? :)
