I empathize with you, but I am worried for the money you are now recieving. If you can't control your spending and how you manage your money, and it's getting so bad that not only you, but your whole family is homeless, you have to understand at some point that you have to give up, you were scammed over and over and are still buying into it. At some point you have to realize you went too far, and went about making a game the wrong way. You can't just throw money at people you don't know and expect a game to come out of it. You don't need to instantly hire 11 people to make a game at the very start. Maybe a few programmers and concept artists. Not 11 people.
If you have connections and idea, i think better way would be to pitch the game to existing indy studio rather then trying to make stuff happen from nothing.

Was thinking what I should start the comment for this but frankly given the situation and the other videos with a more personal journey kind of level in the past, I just hope in some way shape and/or form you and your daughter get in a better state then what you're both currently in.
Continue to push forward but still set limits, and when all pulls through you can be that beacon and an example of strength to your little one. We all fall sometimes but as long as you don't confuse the word fall with fail then you can always pick yourself back up.
