- These videos were recorded at Nathia Galli in Muree and while going to Islamabad in Abotabad. The chapli kababs in Abotabad were very tasty. This is very hearty snack and can be found every where in northern areas.

Great taste, I make kabab every now and then but miss that taste of Peshawar and Bara or Abbot Abad.

Eshan Muneer I'm glad that you do. They should not be allowed to spread hate and filth and their communication privileges should be silenced. I like to believe that most people are good and fair, but (as usual) the ones with the biggest mouths, that have the worst things to say get heard loud and clear rather than those of us who respect one another. Religion, politics, race etc... are just excuses for hateful people to latch on to and try and cause problems and spread their message. That said, I love your videos and the food looks wonderful. I can't eat food with a lot of oil (stomach problems), but it looks delicious.
I know fried foods in oil aren't healthy for us but in my country, nothing beats a fried tamale filled with meat or cheese, red or green salsa, taken out of its corn husk covering and fried in hot oil! Ymmm....lol,...greetings from mexico. :)

+great one We just don't really care. Our hands tend to withstand all of that other stuff and we can always use soap and water. It's no big deal. Plus the food is natural and do not contain food additives, hence the nutritional value absolutely diminishes any danger to health that may arise from germs. Except you would get fat.

Health department my ass. America's the one who needs the health department, with their artificial preservatives, flavours and colours. Mostly carcinogenic. Not to mention high obesity rates.
Obesity is the fault of ignorant parents and yes carcinogens,I european and our food is so much cleaner than America.

I don't care about germs or anything like that. In America we have germs here so who really cares. Plus that is suppose to help your immune systems to eat stuff that is bad for you. This looks delicious and I would try to eat four of these burgers lol. Great video man. I love the music in the background and I love that you didn't put music over the video.

It is due to the weather and due to the outside activities. In those countries, people are more outgoing than here in Western countries, because we are hooked on TV's, Video Games and etc. some hardly get out of their homes. In my opinion, it is due to outside activities, because I used to be outside most of my day when I lived in Iran during my childhood days. I would eat bread dipped in solid oil and never gained weight back then.

Ryu Hayabusa this reminds me of my childhood days when my elderly neighbor, a retired ww2 veteran would fry his beef steaks and the beef tallow that remained in the frying pan, he would sop it up with some french bread, gave me a try sometimes and it was soooooooooooo good!
