Should be quite easy. I have 3 of the buds. I suggest renaming each device so the names are not same and putting small numbers on each buds to recognizing them. For reconnection, you should "forget" each device and reconnect.
How will you know if the case is fully charged? Is it blinking in red or will stay in red? Or it will turn to green light once it’s fully charge. Thanks!
Once it is fully charged it will display a constant red. When you are charging the case, it will be blinking red, and when the earphones are in the case it will be blinking green. When the earphones are fully charged the light will turn off. Hope that helps

I got a problem with mines were each bud is now two separate devices, so my phone can only connect to either one, i've tried factory resetting it, no luck

just leave it for a day, it drained too much in my opinion and try both ear buds to charge.

For me it's comfortable without silicon tips. Tge difference only is that with silicon it feels more close ang sealed
