Where did you find the passcode to put in? There was a pause and you went to find it and when you came back you were on the next screen. I'm stuck trying to figure out where it would be located.
@@comidadefuego6126 ok ool that's all I paid for. Shouldn't be too difficult to implement my menu. They were asking 500$ more for the remote install and extended support over the phone
@@comidadefuego6126 receipts at the bar. This printer is connected to one of our terminals. For some reason our bartender says she cant print her receipts. Manager has to connect to our terminal 3 so it can print. Our IT guy will come in and check on the wiring before ordering a toast router. We were on self management now we are being transitioned to toast management. Its pretty annoying. When we had the first update, thats when it all went down.

We did do a self install. However we did have to pay for a service related to online ordering.

Do you know how to correct an issue where the receipt printer is not printing to the assigned terminal?
Can you provide more info as to how you have it setup currently and are we talking about receipts or orders to the kitchen.
