I am learning piano by ear. I was going to ask lots questions but I fount it below. Great job in explaining. Thank you so much for the lessons. It sounds great.
@@Piano_Pig your name is fantastic.. that's really an amazing one.. The "pianopig".. nobody would've thought that way. It's similar to a guitar channel recently I came across.. it's name is 'shut up and play your guitar"... Similarly "pianopig"..ha..ha.
Hey!! I just recently found your channel, and I love your videos :D you teach everything in an easy to understand way, which is awesome and makes learning a bit more fun. Thanks!!! It really helps 🖤🖤🖤
Is this it? F,Gb,G,E,Eb,C,Bb,G,Gb,F,Eb,F,G,Eb,C,Bb,G,C I am a total beginner and I played it in slow motions a couple times to know which keys it is. Other than that I am learning the songs included with my light-up keyboard, It sounds really cool and I want to learn it.
On the second riff fingerings is crucial firstly roll from F up to F # then G using fingers 3 , 4 , 5 then coming back down E should be 3 E Flat 2 and C should be 1 (thumb) now... this is important! Finger FOUR goes over thumb to B flat... then 3 is G then 2 and 1 rolls F # to F then 2 over thumb to E flat... then 4 to F natural 5 to G 3 to E flat 1 to C 2 over thumb to B flat thumb down to G then finally 4 on C
Great lick, love it! Its also interesting because its adds a few more jazzy elements like when it goes from the C down to the b7, b5 and 4, which is something Miles Davis would do. Also like playing the 3rd and b3. Endless variations possible :-)
Too fast...for beginners youtube seems to be filled with sadistic individuals playing piano too fast while pretending to show pieces for beginners. The first channel that will really play real slow will have millions of viewers. Imagine we need to check out the notes AND see which finger do what.
Oohh I love jazz and blues runs

You are awesome brother
Thank you. Could you give a tutorial about intro and ending blues?
Loved it !!
Yay for new spaces! Loved the video. I've been looking for more ways to use the blues scale in boogie improvisation. Thanks!
Love it Pigsy my man
It would be great if you gave the fingerings of the run, it's hard to follow without rewinding over and over.
Very nice Simon...thank you
No worries! Glad you enjoyed it 😀
most impressive! I was looking for the perfect blues run to warm up and found it! Thank you:) SO what chord would you end on? G7?
G ADD 9
Thx ... was helpful

Haha glad I could be of assistance!
We all make mistakes.

Edit: 2021 / 17 July - Guys guess what...
Excellent. What chords with it
Does this work at any point in the blues progression?
Good to hear you’ll be posting again. Missed your info.
I've missed posting to TH-cam these last few weeks, but I'm definitely back on the weekly video now 😀

Sweet!
Hey man!.. welcome back. Great tutorial BTW!

That's so great to hear you've been enjoying the videos! 😀🙏
I’ve always loved your intro, that piano sound is beautiful😍 Do you have a video about it?
im pretty sure theres a video about it
There certainly is a video about it, check it out here: th-cam.com/video/x8J9CzSXrUE/w-d-xo.html
Thank you very much🎹🔥
Does it work in Am???
It works in any key, but you'd have to transpose it to that key!
Soy Mexicano y you are mi amigo, I am musico.
i might have missed it, but did you give the chord names at some point?

Dope!!!!!
Giving tips on fingering would make this much better. Just showing the notes and barely showing your fingers makes it much harder to figure out

Glad you enjoyed the video man! Yeah that C to b7, b5, 4 is a classic Miles Davis sound 😀
congrats on your move!
Thank you! 😀
hey waht keyboard do you use
Nord Stage 2 HA88
@@Piano_Pig thanks :)
Wow...this is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thanks! Glad you like it 😀

Excellent ! But is it possible to have a situation, a score of blues with that ?
Thanks for the great lesson.
No problem! Glad you enjoyed it 😀
U should do the cartoon voice for Heathcliff 's long lost twin brother Jazzcliff
That intro sound reminded me of pvz lol
You look like Alan walker
I find this very difficult to play at that speed.
Slow it down then. If you're making repeated mistakes, you're practicing too fast. You can only play fast by practicing slow.
wtf i learned it when you show its 1 block played 3times
you marry me and we make music, yes?!
thanks for lesson
Too fast...for beginners youtube seems to be filled with sadistic individuals playing piano too fast while pretending to show pieces for beginners. The first channel that will really play real slow will have millions of viewers. Imagine we need to check out the notes AND see which finger do what.
Just slow down the speed playback. Make sure you learn and practice your scales.
pig here
Lol the acoustics in there are horrible.
Yeah I'm working on it! 😀
