      There's still an option, almost every available video on youtube that has subtitles is often paired with the transcription below the description, it goes without saying that it is still in need for further clarification and punctuation, neither an AI can do that almost in 2025 so that's the best thing you will get

    Do the customers actually speak that fast over the phone? I had to pause the video a few times 😅 Awesome video btw, very helpful.

      they do, it's also an insanely fast speed for me. And I cannot understand their meaning when they are speaking in that fast speed. And it's also akward for me to ask them slow down their speaking speed which will make my boss feel I'm not suitable for this job.🥲

      @@georgeandrew997so true, but I think take correct info is more important than the feel and embarrassment so every time I miss the message from the phone I ask them slow down and repeat 😢 but I still did a bad job
