Anyone who knows how to can log in to this account, so it's possible that you and another random person were both trying to log in to this account at the same time (or maybe someone else was ALREADY playing on the account) which is why the game says something like "You logged in from two devices" or doesn't let you log in at all. i recommend you to log in during early morning or late night, when there is less probability of other people trying to log in. (or you can try again a few hours later). Hope this helps.
