That's too much work for them, lol. They can't even sculpt character specific parts onto a figure. They're either painted on or separate pieces glued on xD Sometimes not even glued on at all. Once Hasbro has a sculpt, they will not alter it. So sadly, we're probably not going to be getting a battle damaged version of this.

If one thing goes wrong the whole thing comes tumbling down, if they mess up the sculpt or the paint job every piece is gonna have that issue and the only way to fix it would to do a whole makeover and spend a bunch of money on materials to fix it. Things like the TASM 2 ML with the really bad paint job are an example of this

If you ask me, the Marvel Legends Eye of Agamotto is the far better piece. I was more excited for the Nano Gauntlet, but if you ask me, the gauntlet is both too big and too small at the same time. As the Mark 85 Armor is supposed to be super-thin nanotech, the gauntlet really shouldn't be much bigger than the average human forearm. However, due to the limitations of it being made of plastic and rubber, it's much bigger than what you see on screen. That being said, it's still not big enough. Because of the battery compartment, the space in the gauntlet is actually really, really small. For me, I can get my entire forearm in okay, but only at one specific angle. I can't rotate my wrist at all, and it gets really painful and uncomfortable after a while. On the other hand, the Eye of Agamotto is one of the best Marvel Legends replicas I've had the pleasure of owning. Unlike the helmets or gauntlets, enjoyment of this piece isn't dependent on the size of your head or arms. While it doesn't have any sounds, it does pretty much everything it needs to with the buttery smooth eye-opening gimmick and glowing Time Stone. And let me tell you, the light is BRIGHT. You'd seriously believe you were in the possession of an Infinity Stone with how brightly this thing glows. However, it even goes one step further by allowing you to remove the Stone from the Eye! Yup, believe it or not, the Stone can actually hold a charge of its own, meaning that it can stay lit up for some time even when not connected to the batteries in the Eye. Now, how cool is that? Also, you get a really nifty display stand with the same gorgeous weathered finish as the Eye to display it on. Sure, there are some inaccuracies here and there, but for the price, this is the perfect package and I don't think I could have asked for more.
I only have the Deadpool head and Infinity Gauntlet from the Marvel Legends line so far...all ik is all their replicas usually go for A LOT on the 2nd hand market so pick this up ASAP

I’m on my second nano gauntlet because I received the first one and couldn’t get it to make the snapping sound effect not even ONCE!!! I tried to make the snap sound go off by snapping with hand in it, moving fingers manually with my hands in a snap motion, took all the stones out put them back in one at a time then tried to make it happen and nothing. I spent one whole week trying everyday all day to make it happen, make that snap sound fx with the blinking stones happen the snap effect and the re ivabke stones are the reasons I wanted it. I decided to send that one back and get a replacement and guess what…can’t get this one to snap either. Now I don’t know the odds of me getting two defective ones in a row but I highly doubt that’s the case. I tried mimicking the prototypes finger movements when your explaining the switches it takes to do it. Like I said that was one of the two reasons I even bought it so I giess 1/2 ain’t bad…
The gauntlet right out of the box is already awesome, but there is a way to make it better when it comes to the color of some of the stones. This is completely optional, but I have found that the stones look way better if you do these steps: 1. Take the power stone (Purple), and color the bottom with a regular blue sharpie, this will make the power stone more purple than pink. 2. Take a red sharpie and color the bottom of the reality stone (red) to make it look more red, because by default, it kind of looks like a dark pink color. 3. Take the soul stone (orange) and color the bottom of it with the same red sharpie, this will completely change its color from a yellowish orange to regular orange. Final step: Take the mind stone and color the bottom with a yellow sharpie, this will change its color from a pale yellow to a vibrant yellow. Like I said before, it's up to you whether you want to try this or not. If you do end up trying it and it doesn't work out the way it should, just take the stone(s) in question and rinse it with hot water and rub off the sharpie marks with either a magic eraser of the rough side of a sponge. Sorry for how long this comment is, I just wanted to avoid confusing anyone.

Pre-ordered mine from Best-Buy 6 months ago and still haven’t gotten it.
