What I never understand is how all these old unopened packs still exist
Probably a combination of people who held onto the packs and never opened them, knowing they would be worth money in the future, and old stock from stores that either somehow never sold / were hidden transferred or otherwise kept off shelves.

It's a fraud. He plants the cards in the packs. He's been doing it for years. Thats why he opens the packs backwards do you don't see the resealed glue.

In one video, he starts to celebrate before he even shows the card. He reseals. Its all a scam. You're mad because you fell for it like many others have.

@@dickvieh watch a few videos. They all go the same way. It's scripted. Early in his career he even said he bought his single cards on ebay. He then figured out a way to make loads of money. He is a scammer. Its not illegal because it's entertainment and he gets paid by viewership. He is a con man.

I think the Rarest Pokemon Card(s) that I still own, are my Jungle Nidoqueen-Holo No Symbol, and my Shining Mewtwo Neo Destiny 1st Edition.

I'll never forget as a kid after helping my dad pressure was houses he had to go to home depot to buy more simple green spray. I spent some of my money on two packs. This was late 90s so gen 1(the ones with the yellow cardboard backs). I pulled a hollow zapdos and a hollow charizard that day. Was probably the best day of my childhood.

Funny how some people still open pokemon card packs like 20 years later lol.
My wife just bought me a 9-pack set because she remembered me saying I loved them as a kid.
I just opened it an hour ago and got 4, full art, holographic Vmax cards, including a Lugia running at $500 o_O
Just 10-15 cards are worth over $1000 total and I'm freaking out right now hahahahaha

The kids videos are so cool until you realize they'll be sitting at a slot machine in 2032 chasing that same high they got nailing that Charizard or Snorlax. It's just complete gambling and we voluntarily get our kids into it. Amazing. It's showing up in some form in video games everywhere too. Wild.

Funny moment i opened a charizard once and i thought it was a 1st edition lol then i started freaking out and telling my parents until my friends gave me the heartbreaking news
My daughter some how got a charizard recently like the one on photo old not a reprint new condition, some how got a first edition mew, mew two, arceus, charmander-charizard(1996) from trading and a whole crap ton of silver stars and high number pulls from a couple boxes of silver stars or something I got her at Walmart. So I guess she got like 3 god packs in one box, I think a full holo heatran, girutina, that devil Pokémon god, fat pikachu, then in another box, a nine tails full holo and a gengar full holo, and some how the same day she trades up from a 2022 scyther to a glaceon.

i didn't record this but on Christmas of 2021 my aunt got me two burning shadows packs and i pulled the rainbow rare Charizard and now worth over 750$ and i opened over 2000 packs and never pulled it but i did with two packs on Christmas on 2021
