Go-to 0:36 for engine oil. It is motul 15w50(for summer use). For winter 10w40 or 10w30.

Bro you have install oil filter opposite. The rubber portion is towards engine side and spring portion is outside.

Also you can use liqui molly engine flush to take out the carbon. Try it next time. Its good for engine.
You used 1 l oil but manual says 1.2 l with new oil filter and 1l with old oil filter

One thing I noticed you didnt filled oil in oil filter. You are supposed to fill it up first and after that put oil in engine. Becauseif you dont pour it in filter first youre egine will run without oil for few minutes and it can cause serious damage. ( i didnt see you filling it up on camera)
How does this oil perform? is it generates much heat compared to the recommended yamalube oil? And why you chose the technosynthetic oil over full synthetic oil?
Heat is not a problem with this oil.
I chose technosynthetic because I have to used mineral oil when I was on ride.

Drain bolt 12 mm ring or box spanner. Oil filter 8 mm box
Drain bolt 17 mm, oil filter bolts- 8mm

you don't screw the cap in to check oil level. lightly place it and then remove it. the oil mark should be between max and min.

But oil level check is different for every bike.
The oil mark should be to the max and not between max and min. Insufficient oil in engine may cause a he'll of problem due to improper lubrication.
Brother, the instruction manual of FZ v2.0 says not to screw it in. Actually if you screw it in, you may take the max mark. But the instructions are to keep it on the inlet and take the reading between max and min. I own a FZ v2 too :) Happy riding :)
Wrong way of checking oil level. You should not tight it.

Bro i have one question. I used semi synthetic oil for my bike. After that there was problem of it starting. I think it was so because of high viscosity of oil. So what do u think is it because of the oil or because of some other problem. Have u got any problems after using that oil?

FZS v2 user manual says recommended engine oil grade is 20W-40. This being 15W-40 does not meet the recommended criteria suggested by the brand. Still, Motul offers - MOTUL 3000 20W-40 as their 150cc grade. Which is better to use other than Yamalube and why?

Yes bro you can use motul 7100 10w40
There is no problem if you use synthetic or semi synthetic, but you must take care for the viscosity and API rating of oil that you use.

I use Yamaha sz r and I have been using motul 7100 10 w 50 every time
Now after bout 2 years my clutch plates got damaged
I have to replace them

Should be fine. I've been sticking to 1000ml for a very very long time and the bike is still running fine. It's about how frequent you change your engine oil (intervals).
+The DSLR guy yes that's true but if you put the filter element dry.
If you deep the filter in oil then you will only require 1000ml of oil to fill up.

every change oil is good to engine, but every 2nd change can do as long as you use the same oil
