Deborah you are working so hard again such a good worker for your home Mom. When you do your spring house cleaning consider painting your walls an off white or pale yellow. Blue is known to be a depressing color and with someone suffering with depression I would think it wouldn’t help. It will also set off all your pretty pictures you want to hang and brighten your house.

Great job. Please consider setting up your table with green legs as a dining table so you eat together as a family. It will make a world of difference for all of you. You can use the folding table for crafts table.
Since you enjoy doing crafts,get a roll of contact paper at the dollar store and just put it on top of the freezer for now. It will lift your mood immediately for only five minutes of work!🙌🏻🎉

Hey sugar! I think you’re doing such an amazing job! You should seriously think about decluttering half of the kids toys. Clutter like that clutters your mind and also the kids’ minds. I know you know this already, but we just love you and want you to start feeling better. ❤
Great work today Deborah. You seem so much less overwhelmed when making decisions. You probably don’t even realize it but we can see it. The way you said “let me just clean this table off real quick.” That was great to see and also that you seem more confident in letting go of things that no longer serve you guys. Just got home from work and I’m sorting laundry as I listen to you. Thank you for the motivation.

Don’t feel guilty for just throwing stuff away! Often, toys, clothes, etc. will pile up and it’s overwhelming! This can cause more stress and anxiousness than it is worth. Open a few garbage bags and toss the stuff away…95% of the stuff you tossed will not even be missed! This goes for kitchen dishes, containers, etc. and clothing, too! This will make you, Brad and the kids every day life much less unorganized and stressful. I know it’s not always an option, but doing this while Theo is at school is the best way to dispose of “stuff”….kids want to keep everything, lol! Just think…soon you will be able to paint and do updates that you have wanted to do! I bought myself an O’Cedar Spin Mop and love it! I use hot water with a capful of Mr. Clean and it does an amazing job! I also have a steam mop and use it once and awhile, too! Hugs to you 😊
Don’t forget to pack away the Xmas stuff in the kitchen,(the camper in the window and cookie jar next to the coffee machine.)( and little tree next to the play kitchen)
lol… I was thinking the exact thing ! I always forget one or two Xmas decorations after I’ve packed everything. You just get used to them there ! And I noticed the camper last time Deborah was washing dishes !
You could just lay the folding table in front of the freezer with the legs towards the inside,you’ll hardly notice it for now.(Or horizontal behind the freezer)

Deborah you did fantastic job on January new habit shining your sink washing your dishes February New Habit is Declutter ing With declutter you need to get 4 storeage containers for each family member ( these will be your memories boxes ) save your special things from your younger self ( babyhoods childhood ) this will be all can keep ( this called the container concept only what fits in your space ) Dana K White you can keep rolling your stuff out deciding what is your favorite things to keep also decluttering start with a black trash and pick up all trash you will have trash you did not realize you had first do top surfaces divide the stuff in groups of same kind of stuff

@ The comparable cleaning product in Canada and the US is trisodium phosphate, also known as "TSP".
@@TheVideoGamesHistorian Thanks,I’m in Pennsylvania,USA. We’ve used TSP for decades,especially a pinch in a bucket of water for washing windows.(Because it breaks down the surface tension of the water.) What country do you live in?

This morning, he picked all his toys up and put 5he in the toy box
the next time you clean that room I would move the toy box out and that chest out and sweep behind everything.
