Have you looked at Rust? It should be a great language for embedded development as a replacement for C++. The device support is not where they want it to be yet, but it will definitely become more and more relevant to the industry in the next few years.
I've heard of Rust and seen it being picked up in some places where I worked. As long as it will make people's lives easier, I'm sure it will become more popular.

Thanks! Cheers!
Can you please do a video about the Miniature Impedance Spectrometer, it sounds very interesting :)
wow idk why I didn't see your channel before.. So interesting for embedded beginner. Currently I'm trying to learn stm32. Question for u: what do u think about networking and linux knowlage in embedded? Hello from Ukraine :)
Heyyy! Thank you so much for the kind words! Short answer for you: personally I think both are important and valuable - especially in IoT area. Stay safe! Cheers!!

Everything that you need to know to be software engineer is Algorithms and Data Structures. Everything else is derived.
Yes brother!!
It was interesting to hear you mention 'God' in your video. Only 2% of people do that. All the best in your future man.
Thank you for the support! :) cheers!
Hi Greidi, thanks for sharing your story! Did you mention that you were in Nanjing? I'm living in Nanjing after around 5 years in the US. Greetings!
Superb journey
Thank you so much!!
You're awesome :) !
batch (i was 10) > python > java > C > ARM Assembly > rust
Great video! Love your story. You can even use this as a resumé for applying to new jobs haha
Thank you for the support bro! Hopefully I won’t need a résumé for a regular 8-5 job… ever… lol
I'm electronics engineer but can't find a firmware or hardware design job in my country Ecuador so I'm planning to study and live in Canada. South America is not a good place for engineers who wants to work in embedded systems or electronics design that job simply doesn't exist here
Here employers think that a repairing technician and an embedded firmware/hardware engineer are the same and must do the same things at work
Awesome stuff
Thank you!
Great Video inspires me
Hiya, that's great. I need your suggestion that how to get into this field from entry level
this video remind me of my journey too. I too worked on Application development(python and C++) and currently working on Software development in embedded application(mostly requirements and testing software design). I want to merge my skill of python + C programming with embedded application development. I just read about python which is used for embedded testing but I am not getting the clear picture of how does it and also what are it's different use case of working python with C programming in the embedded application. Can you make a video explianing the use of python in hand with C?
I really love your videos as they motivate me to pursue my dream of being an embedded software engineer which I wanted to give up on.
I studied CS at undergraduate level and I've enrolled for ms embedded software. I am good at coding and logics, very good with arduino and did a project with consist of realtime data sharing between the arduino and mobile app I also developed. Is there any advice or roadmap you can give me?. Thank you so much
I'm really glad to hear this! Congrats on getting into your MS program and good luck with it! Thank you for the support! Check out my video here to learn about what skills you might need for an entry level embedded SWE. th-cam.com/video/HFmGk4oufj8/w-d-xo.html
tere tulemast!!! ma olen eestlane Austraalias, ja olen elektrotehnika üliõpilane. Hea meel näha teist Eestit selles valdkonnas!
Tere! Tänud! :)
cheer you up~
Thanks! Cheers! :)
How did you find all this wonderful stock footage? :O
Awesome bro 😎

Lol, I wish…
Thanks!
YOU'RE A LEGEND! Thank you so much for this support!!!! I really appreciate it! Cheers!
awesome!
I'm surprised you didn't have interactions with SEL during your time at WSU. did you apply for any positions there?
thank you
No problem! And thank you as well!!
