- Borongan, officially known as the City of Borongan, is a 1st class component city and capital of the province of Eastern Samar, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 71,961 people.
Catbalogan, officially known as the City of Catbalogan, is a 5th class component city and capital of the province of Samar, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 106,440 people. It is Samar's main commercial, trading, educational, financial and political center.
Calbayog, officially known as the City of Calbayog, is a 1st class component city in the province of Samar, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 186,960 people.

Hindi naman kailangan na 1Billion ang income ng isang city para macategorize na1st class city may mga bracket na sinusunod para sa classification nito pero kung 900 million na ang income nasa1st class city na ito
May classification ang cities hindi lang 1st class o second class about income bracket.
