Audri Lilly I know your post is 3 years old but I'm going to answer it in case you or other people still don't know. VTR is basically a video re-enactment. For this segment, some of the girls share their "heart warming story" and then the show plays a VTR with actors playing the role of the AKB girls and other people involved with the story. The stories are generally sad with a happy, uplifting ending and message such as them overcoming a school bully, overcoming depression, working hard to join AKB or dealing with the loss of a family member. The MCs and other girls then rate the story as either "super touching", "somewhat touching" or "not very touching". It's funny that KojiHaru was wondering why she didn't get a VTR for her story (which is not very heartwarming at all). Sata-san then rates the story as useless/not touching at all.
