I think this music video encapsulates the song and meaning of love perfectly. At the beginning we see the kids seeing the feature in each others eyes: perfect, full of joy and fulfillment. As their love grew things changed and they started realizing that their perfect idea of love is construed by their youthfulness; for love is the essence of life and thus includes pain, sacrifices and the inevitable death of ones love or ones lover. To me, he recognizes his own ignorance in love, but it is all worth it, for he stills sees the future in her eyes,
