Omg I've got this primed already. So glad this dropped before I attempted painting it! Thank you!
Perfect timing!
This is simply incredible.
Thank you Matt!
Another awesome paint job Warhipster. Not planning to paint this particular model myself but there are some great techniques, particularly the blending, that I'm sure will be very useful.
Thank you very much Dave!
Amazing once again. You knocked this one out of the park. Thank you.
Thank you very much John!
I just want to say you have done an amazing job. Can you also please make video on how to paint "Breaka-boss on Mirebrute Troggoth" and "Beast-skewer Killbow"?
That would be helpful!
Wow this is one seriously epic paint job!
Finally! Great work as always!
Thanks Igor, I'm glad you liked it!
So happy you done this as it’s my next model to build. Any chance of the Sludgeraker next?
That's some pretty good timing then! I'll not be doing one next, but I've certainly got on the list to do Paul!
Nice guides on who to paint this model are hard to find online. Hopefully we will see a video on the Mirebrute Troggoth as guides on how to paint them are hard to find.
I'm glad you enjoyed it Benn! I've got one to do, it's just a case of finding the time now!
for people who cant get contrast medium (sold out a lot ) water will work as well in small amounts
Thank you so much, can't wait to buy this boss :)
OMG totally insane. Love it
Thank you Angelo!
great job, love the feathers
Thank you very much!
Magnifique vous êtes un véritable artiste!
Your work is awesome
You're too kind, Jan!
Amazing job! I was wondering when you blend do you get rid of excess water when washing the brush on some tissue paper or just go straight back onto the model?
Thank you! If it's too wet I'll either use a piece of kitchen roll or something similar, aye.
Great work! The final job looks fantastic! One question on blending - how come your contrast paints don't dry up so fast and don't leave those anoying dry rings on the edges when you try to move them? Is it because of the medium?
Gobsmackingly good!
Thanks Gordon!
Gobsprakktastic!
Haha, thanks!
happy scream. was waiting for you to create a video for it.. thank you so much for the guide. will you be doing a Rotbringer Sorcerer too?
I'm glad you like it tien! I've no immediate plans for that, but it's a very cool model so we shall see!
@@Warhipster cool. Still very happy to hear
hello! I am quite new to painting and I am trying to follow your method and I would like to know, how do you know the correct proportions to mix contrast with medium? Do you use a dropper or something? I would also like to know if you think that, in the part where you darken the skin and feathers, it could be achieved with Nuln oil instead of contrast and medium. Thank you!
Respect for nice work! Like for Warhammer Age of Sigmar!
Much appreciated!
This looks awesome. I've been meaning to ask, do you varnish your guys? Because contrast rubs off way easier than "standard" paints. If so, what do you use?
Thanks Brad! I'm afraid I don't varnish my models at all so I can't be much help here. I must admit though, I store my models in foam and I've not had any issues with the paint rubbing off.
I've had good success with a few things. I had someone once recommend if you had an airbrush just using lahman medium but for me I use Tamiya ts-80 clear matte. No problems just don't over spray. It won't look as sharp as not varnishing but it looks good to me
I don't know the first thing about 40k, but love the detail of these models, and this is obviously in the hands of a master, those wings painted with a brush or spray gun ? This looks so expensive 😩 though
Thanks
Thank you so much Mark!
Another job well done, by the way any chance that you will be painting Kill Rig?
I'll be getting to it this year aye! I've got one just haven't got the time at the moment!
@@Warhipster Great! Looking forward😊
Are you going to paint the miniatures of the Lord of the rings: battle in Balin's tomb?
I'll need to at some point and you can be sure there'll be videos on it when I do!
The promised day
The promised day and the promised model!
WAAAAAGH!
WAAAGH!
I've been following along with all of your Kruelboyz videos but have just noticed there are no Sludgeraker or Breaka-Boss tutorials!! Disaster!
Thanks
Thank you John That's amazing!!
