Seems these guys are always brushing up on their skills. They are just bristling with talent.
Good one👍😄
Not enough talent knowing how to use tables and chairs.
@@horstmuller7512 Tables and chairs get in the way and take up valuable real estate. Probably considered to be a luxury for lazy people? 🤔
@@BrianEltherington They're working on the ground mostly because they can use their feet on top of their hands.
@@surf2257 Good point!
I didn't know there was actually a core in the wire wheel. Thank you.

So that's why I keep getting metal splinters.
In his ass. Sad.
In case you don't know - brass doesn't spark . 6:40
Good catch.. I actually struggled to find a real brass brush so many are made of plated steel.

Your so right well seen
This is amazing info 🤯
Thanks!
I reckon if I was doing that every day I could figure out how to do it more efficiently. The wheels here sell for about 1.5hrs work.
1.5hrs of work? If you make $10/hr they sell for $15? I’ve seen them for $5 at Harbor Freight. These guys don’t get paid that much…. Probably 50 cents a piece.
@@davidsnyder2000 I'm in Australia, local big box sells them for more than $30, minimum wage here is $21aud.
Maaşallah.

You did well. 100%
Hi
why always these ambients lacks a chair, a table? why all the work is done on the floor?
I'd buy them and use them. Nothing wrong with them at all. But, if they were thicker -- add three more rings of bristles -- they'd suit my work more.
In our local pakistani market available in three different widths 1/2", 3/4" & 1" size
@@asfimrds They look like they would work well. I'm mainly knocking scale off of wrought iron stuff that I make, so a "cup" style brush seems to work the best at that. Still, it's good to have the "wheel" type of brush these guys are making. There are plenty of uses for them.
1:00 use danger sign or boundary to keep man away from sharp wire. Wire is almost invisible.
These guys desperately need of a production engineer and a machinist to fabricate some automated equipment. Good grief, what a slow process.
That’s the whole point. They don’t need any engineer or something as long as they do enough. And “enough” is determined by a large exporter company that doesn’t care how long or how hard the labor is, they’re essentially like “I need 10e6 crimped wire wheels by Aug. Don’t bore me with details”. Only when manual labor will cease to satisfy this demand they might think about automation. By the way people on the video are perfectly capable of building an automated manufacturing line, it just there is no demand and manual labor is cheap and plentiful

Very nice work. 👍
Ah, I can feel them stabbing me in the belly at 200mph right now.
Which material of wire is ? Circle material??
These Pakistani factory videos are incredible. Absolutely the least efficient way to do everything.

Send your contact. We can buy ms galvanized wire or ss wire
And here in America, I can buy one of those brushes for $8 even after it was shipped halfway across the world while at the same time I can buy a similar one made by an American who automated the whole process and made 100+ of them in the same time period and gets $10 for each his.
Work smarter, not harder.
In pakistan these brushes are expensive
Just passing by for the OSHA violations and comments.....
Brushes made in the same place they throw their trash with rusty parts and wearing flip flops. I see no violations.

Barely adequate working environment, trash everywhere, rusted tools and parts, flip-flops, and the severely mushroomed head of that punch is just begging to put out an eye or cause a slip of the hammer and hit his toes.
I'd say "don't buy this kind of crap", but honestly, you don't know which brand does this (or if it's even an American company).
These people don't have time to bitch about things they don't have, they make a product and it sells. this is what matters
@@Airman.. Not quite the idea I was running with
So much poverty 😧
I effin hate brass coloured steel wheels like this. You expect a softer bristle but it rips through your workpiece as some deceptive b*stard sold it as brass. These are steel as brass doesn't spark in case you feel inclined to comment.
My guess is to stop it rusting. Where I live they are all sold in plastic packaging with all the info in there. Luckily what I clean needs the hard bristles.
Don't buy shit made in India then.
