They've changed the CR-V enough that I actually LIKE IT now . . . I would probably buy the hybrid version in order to get the better miles per gallon, though.
Great review Kenny! That is really a nice smaller SUV and yes it is pricy but if you treat it right it's going to run forever. Also it has a ton of cargo room which is always nice. No peasant blockers might make it a deal breaker though lol! So glad that you have slowed down on doing your reviews and always hoping that you are doing great brother. Wishing you happiness and good health always!
But the US CRV has so many missing features not even available as options. And the interior is really cheaped out in so many ways! Plus, the 3 hybrid versions are only available in murdered out trim. What the heck HONDA?
Hi, as i know you want to have cheap affordable cars so you have this and cars for US market are build there and for higher standarts or quality you have the ACURA brand. Here in Germany or Europe the cars are build in China with another quality and options! For example you will have a real gear leaver over here there is just a gear switch and we dont have the ACURA brand so Hondas have to be higher quality!
@@703Speed honestly man I've been torn. There are some new ones I like, and I think would be alright. Also I've looked at older ones, which I tend to trust a little more. One new one that sticks out to me are the newer v6 chargers. They are on sale in various locations around my area for only around 26 grand for a base model. I've heard a lot of good and a lot of bad about them. I don't go places everyday. I may leave the house a couple times a week if that in some cases, so I won't put many miles on whatever I get. I like the old panther platforms and older Hondas and Toyotas. Also those 2024 frontiers are marked down quite a bit.
I'm a big hybrid advocate, but the CR-V hybrids are so expensive for a relatively small gain in MPG that the EX-L is a better value if you drive 12,000 miles or less per year. You simply can't justify the markup for hybrids unless you drive a lot of miles. I don't like the wheels on this gen of CR-V, though. Honda really went backwards on wheel designs for the CR-Vs and Accords.

The Sport Hybrid models are nice, but I know some people don’t want a hybrid. I wish they made a sport non hybrid model though

Thank you James! This will last forever if maintained properly. I picked up a new car, video on the will come out either today or tomorrow!

The Hybrid are the best! I love mine’s
The crv used to have a 2.4 liter naturally aspirated motor. Other than that I like it. Hope you are well.
Likewise!
@@703Speed I'm about to get the rest of my disability back pay. It's almost vehicle time. 😁
@@richardlanier2113 That's great! What're you gonna get?

hybrid is not all about more mpgs and saving gas.. hybrid version rides smoother and quieter. so depends on what you value.
Nice and I would love to buy this hybrid CR-V.
Is the new Ridgeline equipment the same as this? Thumbs up review. Peace bro
Very similar!
Have they resolved the 1.5T head gasket issues with this powertrain?
Did i miss the engine temperature?
no comment about the stereo? did i miss it? assume EX-L better than EX?
EX-L has 2 more speakers. Def better than the EX
