Hi! did you guys rent a 1 way car rental? I’m planning a road trip from Brisbane to Sydney but find it difficult to rent a 1 way rental at affordable prices :( do you have some recommendations for which companies to use? Thanks in advance:)
Hi Benny! Yes, we have rented a one-way rental starting from the Gold Coast to Sydney. I believe there is always an additional charge for returning the car to a different location from where you picked it up. Luckily, it's more manageable for me because the rental fees are split among 5-6 people. I rented my car from Hertz on this trip, and I must say I had a great experience with smooth check-in and return. I hope that helps! However, I have also heard good reviews about East Coast Car Rentals. Maybe you would like to do some comparison and research on that as well! Cheers :)
