A beautiful and meaningful mantra. "Buddham Saranam Gacchami" is a traditional Buddhist phrase that means "I take refuge in the Buddha." It's a powerful expression of seeking guidance and refuge in the teachings of the Buddha. If you have more to share or any questions related to this, please feel free to do so. Thank you for sharing this mantra. 🙏😊

True I took a period of 3 months to practice intermittent fasting, prayer and meditation and after a while I limited time spent talking with people because it felt like a waste of energy and unnecessary. Also because of fasting and meditation the energy usually used for outward actions is now turning inward focused on spiritual growth. Silence inner peace and energy management are mandatory and interrelated.

      Respected One,
The reply from your side on Monk and King is very much valued for me as in this so called super fast mode of life nobody has time in spite of lot time spent roughly in gossip and whatsapp answers and reply. Its much for me that whatever I could truly understand is to improve our self first and then try to put our self to gain much more by communication and sharing the thought processes time to time with such humble saint words and philosophy.
I do believe in what is right for our sense of humanity and as a social animal like human beings first.
Please share such wonderful stories and examples of Buddhism philosophy from time to time to enhance my understanding.

Silence in Vedic Science is always the best thing but in family life it’s always the need of human beings to search the things….

Your comment beautifully highlights the balance between the value of silence, as emphasized in Vedic Science, and the necessity of communication and searching for answers, particularly in family life. It's a recognition of the importance of finding equilibrium between these aspects of life.
If you have more insights or if there's a specific aspect you'd like to discuss, please feel free to share. Your perspective is highly valued, and we're here to engage in meaningful conversations. 🙏😊

I remember a friend said this. 'If I'm completely silent, please someone wake me up. I can't be like that.' And I completely agree with her. We are alike. If I'm completely silent, it means I'm at wrong place with wrong people.

Whom are kind are rare to find
Those who are kind well defined
To be kind they are well designed
To be kind they are well inclined
To be kind they themselves find
