I'm in North Jersey, when do you sow your seeds indoors? I'm getting different dates from different sources. I bought a small greenhouse from Amazon where I plan to move seedlings to, first time trying this
@@FernandoLeivaJersey my favorite resources to use when first starting out are all free online. I start by looking at the farmers almanac. Based on your zone and last frost day as well as the recommendations on your seed packs you just count backwards. Another thing I use to help me is planting based on the moon fazes and cycles, that’s just how my grandmother and my mother did it so I factor that in as well. Once you’ve grown a couple of years in your area it becomes easier to get a natural feel and rhythm to planting based on your weather that year. For example some years we get a hard frost in early October and other years I can harvest right up until end of November.
