release is usually on the set point. i have it on set point lol
Great tutorial! On my new Kobe shot creator I do the same thing! However I use X/square for my post shots instead of the stick unless it’s a post hook. Do u think it makes a difference? When I do normal step backs I use stick but in the post use X
no it doesnt make much difference for fades bro

Great video! What is more important for post playing? Close shots or mid range? I got abuild with 92 close range potential but very low mid range
close shot is for hooks and standing lays, mid range for fades and hops

What height would you recommend for a big post scorer, I wanna play rec, 2s and 3s. I made a 7’3 but I feel like it might be to slow for park, you think 7’1 is enought to still mash the paint and be a bit more well balanced or just stick with the 7’3. Thanks!
7'1 is definitely good for paint mashing my duo is unguardable down low on a 7'1
Holding down on the right stick gives u a random animation either same side or opposite shoulder but i want to get opposite shoulder every time because it creates the most distance
yeah you need to hold it slightly left or right depending on what you want

yeah you can. up on the left stick and hold X/square

How do you do that move that makes you switch hands and then move like 5 feet? I know posthooking does that and that gives you an open post hook

@@venices2k It was not in your video, but I figured it out. It is the side to side move when you're posting up with turbo, which is deadly when you do a post hook right after. I'm not an expert at it yet but I will keep getting better

online is Hall of fame Difficulty so of course it is hard, try to master lower difficulty offline before going online

you have to let go of everything early in the animation to cancel it

Got really into all post game, not master but definitely getting better doing those shimmies, and post badges on HOF are helping a lot 😊
But, man, but chaining them? Its like whole different story, cant get more than up and under from shimmy fade :/ i saw your clips with chaining dribble moves into post moves than back to dribble and crazy hop shot greens… Dont want to ask too much but is it possible to show some hand cam action with detailed explanation for someone who just started ? :)

Can’t do the drop steps no matter how much I try. I’ve gotten the animation once or twice but it’s like I always fade.

If you’re triggering the fadeaway then it means you’re touching the left stick. Hooks only activate when the left stick is in neutral
It's not that we don't wanna master it... it's "the games lack of response time along with trash animations just don't match up with what's going on with the controller"
