Honestly if you do something you are passionate about you'll never waste time even if it bears no tangible values right now, the peace of mind you get from doing you love doing just can't be put in words
Not gonna lie I went the opposite route. I was so motivated to achieve something that was never done by anyone in my family. I come from poverty. I come from a broken family. I come from nothing. I started a journey to open my own gym. I did it two and a half years into my career. I was working 80-120 hours a week. Not even COVID could stop my drive. Once I reached the point that I never thought that I could. I actually went back into lay back mode. Cruise control was on deck. Overall , I’m finally doing more work , I’m pushing again to open another gym. Took me a year and a half to actually spark some type of motivation again. But I think that’s you meant by saying: there’s gonna be up and downs.
"Motivation is earned" 100% bang on. Guys, if you're at the bottom and struggling to get motivated, here's a shortcut that can help: - Find motivation videos on TH-cam that speak to you and make you feel fired up - Make a playlist of them - When you listen to them, take a single action afterwards. Just one. If you want to go for a run but can't be bothered, listen to one of those tracks and just get changed. Then just get out the door. Then just take those first couple of steps - Keep playing the tracks while you're going Trust me - I used this when I had to start back at zero after leaving the army. I was angry at everything. I hated my job, I hated the company I worked for, I hated the pay cut I had to take. But I listened to motivation tracks for hours every day and it kept me moving forward. But Chris is right - after a while, you won't need motivation from anywhere. You'll have so much momentum you just want to keep it going.
For younger man especially important is to make sure you work towards YOUR goals. I realized that very often other people, parents, teachers etc. put expectations on you and you end up working towards THEIR goals, losing yourself in the process.

I pushed through extremely hard painful days and now looking at my physique I'm just more and more motivated and excited to let the energy I put in uncover the beauty it's capable of manifesting which allows me not hold back from sacrificing the false pleasures I somehow developed a habit of experiencing. It's getting better, and better, only.
At 41 I’m so obsessed with training and being stronger everyday I actually end up work ping out way too much and hard and hurting myself… and even then I can’t stop. Just find something that makes you feel like you’re a better man than you were before and the motivation will come.
I was searching for motivation to start gym and to quit smoking but now I will just start my journey and will get motivation after getting some results... thanks man
Hey kris i just turned 18 today i plan on getting a factory job and focusing on getting in shape, my goal is to build a fitness brand. I hope to come back in a few years and look back on this comment
This is a video everyone needs to see. Treat everything you do like another job. You are motivated to go to a job due to survival. It’s viewing the things you want to do as necessary sowing so food can come through. No work means no food. Work can ALSO mean no food, but the chances are higher if you don’t work
This was the stuff I cloud never understand until you said it. Once you take action, you get motivated. But you have to start moving blindly, and then things will pop up. Such a great video, thanks a lot @1stman
I go to a gym where everyone is bigger than me. Granted ill take a year or 2 to get to their level but it gives me the motivation to really put the work in and to be like them
Hey Kris, idea for streaming platform. Maybe a documentary on JFK’s Fitness Program for schools in the 1960’s. There’s a video of La Sierra high school where high students are all very lean etc. would be interesting to explore how sedentary education has become
Glad to hear the platform is finally here, Kris, congrats! Also really love the setup, very sleek. The mini rant at 12:52 got me to laugh, it's all just boring! 😂
I feel the 8 to 10 years think is extremely exaggerated, if you know exactly what you want and how to get it and consistently put in work you can change your life drastically within say 3 You don't need to be a multi millionaire for your life to change
Hey chris i needed this so badly.....im 18 tryna get started with my business, i was feeling so low lately...i binge watched these supercar content, houses nd stuff to get the motivation pumping......but man your video has done that brother..... thank u Doin the hardwork especially when i dont feel like🥂
I think the reason we are more productive when we have systems in place is because our minds aren’t occupied with petty things. It’s like a computer, when we have multiple tabs open (unfinished tasks) it means the operating system won’t run smoothly.
As a man, you need to consciously build yourself to the point where you DON'T NEED motivation. Discipline is one of the core traits we need to develop as men -the whole idea behind it is "doing what you don't want to do because it needs to be done". So THANK YOURSELF that you don't have motivation - now you HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY to develop your discipline. Shut up and do what you know needs to be done. Walking in a dark tunnel trusting you'll start to see light eventually is a metaphor that hits the nail on the head. P.S. Kris, I'm a lifetime member but I haven't received an email to log in to the platform. Is that to be expected? How can I access it? Keep up the great work.
I think a helpful thing for your progress is having a good mentor. With the correct guidance, you put your efforts into the right things, which could make your progress much faster as opposed to blindly doing things.
great video and powerful concept - in life just as we know there is such a thing as a downward spiral, there is also an upward spiral work your way up from ground 0 and then it takes LESS effort to take HARDER actions the further you go
When business was going great, I didn’t give a fuck 2-4 hours of sleep. I was happy af and full of life. When I start losing or business isn’t good. Then I just want to sleep. I start to have less zest for life. It’s bad cycle. I like the answer is it’s all momentum. Once you have it. It’s great. Just need to keep winning!
Yeah staying motivated in the bad times is 90% of the game. Right now I'm paying more bills than I ever thought was possible but at the end of this should be great days, so just staying in the pocket

Hey Kris, love the content you're putting out! For your well being, one thing I learned is that sleeping with multiple women isn't as fulfilling as a lasting relationship with one. It's better to stick with a high quality woman.
Love the video bro, always bringing that value. I was wondering what your thoughts were about motivation vs discipline? It seems to me that motivation is the feeling of doing something so you do; but discipline is lacking the feeling to do something but doing it anyway. My concern is if we always need to find motivation to do something, we always have to put something in front of doing the actual thing we need to do (i.e. finding something to motivate, THEN taking action). Wondering what you, or anyone else thinks about this. Thanks! Ps. love the new background set up lately
