Oh... and one more thing, I really love their knowledge about natural medicine, they know how to treat and cure with nature(herbs, etc...) Good God bless Chinese people!

I believe that if you want to manage anyone, you must allow them room to work on the task that you have instructed them to do and check in after a few minutes to see if they have absorbed the skill. Treat them the way you wish to be treated and be patient with them since you may recall a time when you were young and needed instruction. Harsh analizing and foul words will only bring about resentment and perhaps withdrawal or other negative reactions from your employee or student, etc..

On July 24, 2011; the people and leaders of Sicuan Province had arranged a grand celebration party in honour of the delegates from 11 countries led by me from Pakistan; at Schengzhong Lake Holiday Inn Hotel. The same music was also played by a local presenter titled "Peacock under the Moonlight" which was amazing and unforgettable.
I just love this tune. I spent a year in China and couldn't wait for the weather forecast to come on so that I could hear it. It brings back great memories when I hear it now and would love to get the western music notation for it if somebody could be so kind as to send it to me.

It would be my pleasure. Mang City is about 60,000 people comprised of 5 ethnic minorities. I spent my time with Dai People. They all live very happily together and have their own traditional clothes, food, language and culture. It's rural china so don't expect luxury but do expect very friendly people who will all want to meet you and take photos. There are numerous hot springs, mountains, lakes, forests. You may also want to check out Dali and LiJiang also in Yunnan. It's an absolute favourite province of mine and most of China!
