Why is it that in few stocks, the futures trade @ huge discounts in comparison to spot price. Rolling over futures adds to cost in case of futures trading at a premium where as rolling over with futures trading at a discount, it becomes lucrative. How come this scenario sir ? Hello Sir, I am an IT engineer from Delhi. Why does Angel one trade at a PE of 12 to 13. When the company has show top line and PAT growth of 30 percent yoy for the last 3 years and future trend looks similar as well. Is something beneath the surface we don't know of?

Why is it that in few stocks, the futures trade @ huge discounts in comparison to spot price.
Rolling over futures adds to cost in case of futures trading at a premium where as rolling over with futures trading at a discount, it becomes lucrative.
How come this scenario sir ?
I have noticed this in the case of INDIA MART INTERMESH and LTTS stocks.
