I miss my E60 M5 😢 but trust me when i say this. get a carbon intake plenum, the sound of the induction is soooo good and people could hear the intake from a mile away when i had mine. ALSO lightweight fly wheel!!! the response of the engine changes dramatically, the stock one is too heavy and takes for ever to hit 8k!
Just don't trash talk the car after you rawhide it and pay a fortune to keep it running. I have owned mine new since 2007. It is a luxury 'daily driver wrapped' exotic car, but when the used prices dropped (originally about $120k that's about 170k in today's dollars) a new group of younger buyers bought them, rode them hard, couldn't afford to repair them, and then trashed them on social media. It is a truly impressive car that gets even better at over 120 mph. It tops out at about 216 with the Dinon stage 1. The intake rams air at speed, and the hp is higher at high speed. It will pull over a lateral g on a skidpad with Michelin Pilot Sports.
Had my 6 speed Dinan S2 since 2009. 196,000+ miles of commuting, hauling kids, dogs, airstrips, and track days. When things wear out, I replace it. Pretty simple. Other gen m5s have come and gone in my garage, but my v10 and e28m5 are keepers.
Well said .....have had my m6 since 2008 .......just bought a m8 comp love it HOWEVER I am still stuck on the m6 a very special car. Will keep it forever and then some.
didn’t realize how small your channel was. Good content
Thank you! Appreciate it!

Wise advice! the LW flywheel is a fantastic idea.
This was fun. Amazing sound wtf
Thank you! Right? These cars sound so special.
Where did you get the x pipe from?
Just a universal one from amazon!
Is it an aftermarket exhaust or did you delete the resonators or mufflers? It sounds great!
Muffler delete in rear, resonators deleted with an x pipe!
try seeing if you can make a 10-1 collector. i'm sure it'd sound insane. there was a video of an LS with a 10-1 and it sounded like a V12
That sounds like an insanely fun idea.
So good 😊
Thank you!
